Bob’s Burger delight! I had them do a Bob’s Burgers portrait of my boyfriend and I. They were fast, professional and delivered exactly what I wanted. I was allowed to add things I wanted to personalize my cartoon even after they did the proof with no additional fees. I was so happy with their work and would recommend anyone to do well know cartoon portraits with them.

The art looked amazing and the follow… The art looked amazing and the follow up communication was great until I approved the image they sent. After that it kinda went quiet and starting to approach a month since starting the process. Still have high hopes for the shirt I ordered.

Definitely would recommend! I ordered during Black Friday week ,they still were able to get my first proof back in their 3-5 day window,I was very impressed.I had some extra items I wanted added and they were more than accommodating any time I wanted an adjustment made.I got an amazing deal on a very custom item that my boyfriend will love.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and quality product.

Confusion I started my first purchase on Dec 6 and the anger and confusion this company has put me through is so profound. It started out great with the Lauren handling all my updates towards the changes on my cartoon proof and communication was so well, but now i can barely contact her and i feel so shun. I always have to ask for any update and she would respond through her email but once i reply to her email. I would again be ignored for a week or so until I ask again through the customer service website. I finally gotten tried and just approved the last cartoon design. Hopefully my partner loves it.

Terrible customer service The artwork finally turned out great after requesting the same change three times. This change was in the original description and in photos. It’s also been three weeks since I approved the artwork and I have not received an email about it shipping. I’ve emailed one customer service representative and reached out via the website. I have yet to hear back either way. The artwork is good but the customer service is severely lacking. If my artwork is never shipped they basically just stole the upcharge and are refusing to answer me.
