whitewashed a BIPOC person… The artist whitewashed a BIPOC person and when asked twice, did not make changes to that person’s skin color that would be more accurate. Reached out to the email provided to try and get it corrected or money back but no response.

Horrible Horrible. They sent a proof that needed a couple of changes. After a few days, I emailed customer service. Two weeks later I FINALLY heard back and was told they'd already sent it, but they would be happy to resend it. Its been another two weeks, and nothing.

The only thing I would say is when purchasing there was a little confusion with whether or not it was an actual canvas or just digital or both but Lauren was great at helping with that!

Definitely would recommend! I ordered during Black Friday week ,they still were able to get my first proof back in their 3-5 day window,I was very impressed.I had some extra items I wanted added and they were more than accommodating any time I wanted an adjustment made.I got an amazing deal on a very custom item that my boyfriend will love.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and quality product.

Exactly What I Wanted and More! I really love how the picture turned out! It was a pleasure working for Lauren and she was very receptive to my requested changes. When I asked for a change to be done, she was very quick to complete it and I felt as though she really cared about me being totally satisfied with the final print. The canvas job also looks fantastic! I would recommend Kustom Gifts to anyone looking for a great cartoon-ized portrait.
