GBConfusion I started my first purchase on Dec 6 and the anger and confusion this company has put me through is so profound. It started out great with the Lauren handling all my updates towards the changes on my cartoon proof and communication was so well, but now i can barely contact her and i feel so shun. I always have to ask for any update and she would respond through her email but once i reply to her email. I would again be ignored for a week or so until I ask again through the customer service website. I finally gotten tried and just approved the last cartoon design. Hopefully my partner loves it.

GBThe art looked amazing and the follow… The art looked amazing and the follow up communication was great until I approved the image they sent. After that it kinda went quiet and starting to approach a month since starting the process. Still have high hopes for the shirt I ordered.

GBExactly What I Wanted and More! I really love how the picture turned out! It was a pleasure working for Lauren and she was very receptive to my requested changes. When I asked for a change to be done, she was very quick to complete it and I felt as though she really cared about me being totally satisfied with the final print. The canvas job also looks fantastic! I would recommend Kustom Gifts to anyone looking for a great cartoon-ized portrait.

GBLauren and her team were amazing. Lauren and her team were amazing.. My grandaughter wanted a Rick and Morty poster with her her dad and the dog, for her dad for Christmas. She wanted a different facial expression. Lauren and her team made it happen. My grandaughter loved giving this to her dad.. Thank you Kustom gifts for a beautiful memory!!

GBTerrible communication after approval of proof. I ordered a hoodie from this site and I only received a digital copy of the Kustom design. I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get in contact with someone from the site and no one will get back to me. I tried reaching out to Lauren, the lady who originally reached out to me regarding my product. However, when I tried to reach out to her again with the same email she contacted me with earlier, her email was unable to be reached, as if the email address had been deleted. The actual Kustom graphic is great but I spent $80 on a product that I have not received and can't get in touch with someone for a tracking number to know if it is being shipped or not. I am disappointed with the contact us on the website, because it says that you will be reached via email if a response isn't given and the window closes. I have not received any email, I have not been contacted, and I am extremely disappointed in the professionalism and business practices of this group. I hope a member of this group will see this and reach out to me regarding my order and it's status, which is currently non-existent.
