GBHorrible Horrible. They sent a proof that needed a couple of changes. After a few days, I emailed customer service. Two weeks later I FINALLY heard back and was told they'd already sent it, but they would be happy to resend it. Its been another two weeks, and nothing.

GBDefinitely would recommend! I ordered during Black Friday week ,they still were able to get my first proof back in their 3-5 day window,I was very impressed.I had some extra items I wanted added and they were more than accommodating any time I wanted an adjustment made.I got an amazing deal on a very custom item that my boyfriend will love.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great customer service and quality product.

GBThe art looked amazing and the follow… The art looked amazing and the follow up communication was great until I approved the image they sent. After that it kinda went quiet and starting to approach a month since starting the process. Still have high hopes for the shirt I ordered.

GBWhen ordering my picture I had very… When ordering my picture I had very many specific requests, probably an annoying amount. But they listened to everything I said, it came out so perfect I didnt have to ask for any corrections. I think my boyfriend loved it! And it’s the background on my phone. If I ever need another gift like this this is where I will be ordering from 100%.

GBOrder #5223 which was a digital print… Order #5223 which was a digital print on canvas still has not arrived despite being ordered roughly a month ago (May 2023). I understand I was late on an email by a few days to confirm but I have responded since and still have not heard back nor gotten my canvas print.
