I love Aspinal, they have great sales and I purchase using Klarna which allows me to pay monthly so I get to buy quite a few items at a time. GBPremium Price Shocking Quality Aspinal wanted to charge me £100 (reduced to £80) to repair a poorly made, faulty product (rubber peeling off straps of a tote bag that cost £450). I declined, they offered me a 20% discount on a full priced product too, I declined this too. I will never purchase an Aspinal product again. Aspinal is a premium brand; while I’m more than willing to pay a premium, I’m not willing to do so if the quality doesn’t reflect this. I thanked them for their attempt to resolve this matter (discounted repair and off new product) but Aspinal has lost an ambassador and a longstanding customer.

GBLovely bag Lovely bag - Mayfair clutch. Was slightly smaller than it looked in the photos but not a huge issue. No issues with order or delivery (except Royal Mail delivered a day after the day they (RM) had said they would deliver. Pleased with my purchase.

GBLovely bag but not great customer… Lovely bag but not great customer service. I paid extra for gift packaging which arrived damaged and the ribbon hanging off. This wasn't the kind of damage caused in transit but would have been packed in this damaged gift box with the ribbon not tied properly. The dust bag was also dirty with some sort of stains. The bag itself is beautiful and amazing quality. However, I was very disappointed with the box and dustbag so emailed them to let them know what had happened. They did offer to send a new gift box but I didn't really want another. No refund offered for the damaged gift box I paid extra for and no mention regarding the dirty dustbag. I guess the lovely bag is the main thing but I just expected better for a luxury brand. I love handbags and have bags from Louis Vuitton, Mulberry and Kate Spade etc. and this has been the worst Customer Service and purchasing experience

GBGreat customer service and reliably beautiful products We recently ordered a leather guest book for a friends' country house and are very glad we did so through Aspinal. The book was exquisite both in terms of material and craftsmanship. We were incredibly pleased by the level of customer care we received, especially Annabel who made sure that the end result was just right.
