GBBe prepared to pay a High Price for your Purchases Aspinal sells luxury items at premium and inflated prices. If you are absolutely sure of your purchase, and are prepared to pay the price - then go ahead. You'll get the item(s) eventually, (Delivery isn't quick). If you are purchasing an expensive Gift for somebody close to you - be absolutely sure that they will like it or DON'T PURCHASE! You'll never get your money back if the recipient doesn't want the Gift. Poor Customer Service, coupled with an uncaring attitude means that they are only interested in making a quick sale. In summary, ASPINAL DOESN'T CARE AT ALL.

I am thrilled with the product and the service I received from Aspinal of London. The website was intuitive, and when I used the online help button, I got immediate attention from a human who knew her stuff. Kudos to Aspinal of London’s management for putting in place a good website and personnel to back it up.

GBAvoid this company!! Avoid this company!!! Quality is extremely bad, customer service - unhelpful and just ignoring you! Bought Mayfair bag 6 months ago, a pin holding the handle fell out. Been suggested to send me parts to repair myself (a bag costing £700 I am expected to fix myself, great!). Or to send it over to them. I chose second option and they never answer to me anymore! Avoid Avoid Avoid! There are lots of other decent companies with quality products!

GBPremium Price Shocking Quality Aspinal wanted to charge me £100 (reduced to £80) to repair a poorly made, faulty product (rubber peeling off straps of a tote bag that cost £450). I declined, they offered me a 20% discount on a full priced product too, I declined this too. I will never purchase an Aspinal product again. Aspinal is a premium brand; while I’m more than willing to pay a premium, I’m not willing to do so if the quality doesn’t reflect this. I thanked them for their attempt to resolve this matter (discounted repair and off new product) but Aspinal has lost an ambassador and a longstanding customer.
