CAJorge was so helpful Small biz user here. Recently I had to re jig my sms an call features to cover for me being out of country for a while. I had Jorge assist me with the sms and call routing. After speaking with Jorge, I have a much better understanding of how best to handle my unique situation. Jorge made some changes for me while we spoke and was able to seed some ideas as to how I can more efficiently handle my communications both current and in times in which i require coverage. Work in progress but progress was certainly achieved today.

USClarity comes theough once again! I have been a Clarity customer for many years. Today my router went out and I rushed to the closest store ro buy a new one so that we could get back online. Little did I know that this new router wasn't going to play nice with my VoIP phone system.
