CAJorge was so helpful Small biz user here. Recently I had to re jig my sms an call features to cover for me being out of country for a while. I had Jorge assist me with the sms and call routing. After speaking with Jorge, I have a much better understanding of how best to handle my unique situation. Jorge made some changes for me while we spoke and was able to seed some ideas as to how I can more efficiently handle my communications both current and in times in which i require coverage. Work in progress but progress was certainly achieved today.

GBCalled in to cancel our service, couldn't cancel our service Called in to cancel our service, and after talking to a representative for about one minute was put on hold, and stayed on hold for 24 minutes. After that time was up, they took me off hold and said no one was available and I would be getting a call back later, with no option to just stay on hold

GBTech support great, the rest, marginal Tech support has been amazing. Lately trying to talk to an individual about services or getting equipment replaced has been a nightmare. After our router failed it took a week and a half to finally get a human on the phone that finally put me in touch with my account manager. After got to a human, service went well again. Still waiting on new equipment
