Tech support great, the rest, marginal Tech support has been amazing. Lately trying to talk to an individual about services or getting equipment replaced has been a nightmare. After our router failed it took a week and a half to finally get a human on the phone that finally put me in touch with my account manager. After got to a human, service went well again. Still waiting on new equipment

Excellent Customer Service These guys are terrific. They are always very responsive to my needs. I sent a request to update our auto attendant messaging this morning. I received a ticket completion notice within an hour and a half.

Top Notch Tech Support Tech Support was able to handle my request quickly and even walked me through parts of the website, teaching me how to make some of the changes myself, which I had requested. He was very thorough and explained things so I could understand them.

Fast, nice, affordable Very easy installation and setup with the help of their technical support team. They are always fast and so nice when helping. Our business was destroyed by a tornado and we had to get all new phones, and I am so glad they were on the phone with me the whole time i was setting them up, telling me how.
