AJ IS AMAZING!!! AJ IS AMAZING!!!! I'm still learning all about call center verbiage and he was so patient while I explained and reexplained myself no less than 8 times. We had a lot that needed to get done and he diligently flew threw it, making sure I knew what was happening the whole time and that our intentions were aligned. Give this human a RAISE!

Great Tech Support Every time I have had any issue the support folks have been able to get us back in action very quickly. This morning was no different. I don't recall the person's name but my ticket was 19510.

Clarity has really gone all out for us - Laurie & AJ Clarity has really gone all out for us. Shoutout to AJ and Laurie who I was lucky to be supported by for our business phone connections. They POLITELY and PATIENTLY (so patiently) walked me through for days as we figured out how to cure our phone problem. They prioritized our business hours and were knowledgeable about every aspect I poked at. Thank you so much Laurie and AJ. Much props to you both.

Jorge was so helpful Small biz user here. Recently I had to re jig my sms an call features to cover for me being out of country for a while. I had Jorge assist me with the sms and call routing. After speaking with Jorge, I have a much better understanding of how best to handle my unique situation. Jorge made some changes for me while we spoke and was able to seed some ideas as to how I can more efficiently handle my communications both current and in times in which i require coverage. Work in progress but progress was certainly achieved today.
