GBNot what I expected My granddaughter lives one block from San Rafael Bay so half of the puzzle is water which is just a big blue sameness. I think that more of the city could have been shown so that streets and highways and other landmarks would create a learning experience, It is still in the box. The refund on the shipping charges added one star.

GBThe puzzle arrived as scheduled and… The puzzle arrived as scheduled and appears to be intact. One issue...I wasn't able to actually see what the content of the front page of the publication I was ordering for this birthday gift puzzle unless I paid for a subscription to that newspaper...a bit frustrating.

GBNot all that happy I ordered a puzzle of our neighborhood on December 6th. I realize it was cutting it close to Christmas, so I expected it slightly late. We received it January 7th. The puzzle is okay, but some of the pieces are so close in shape to each other that it's too easy to mistakenly put the wrong piece in. This does not make the puzzle more challenging, it just makes it annoying. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong puzzle, getting the topographical chart rather than the aerial photo, which I think would be much more fun. However, based on the cut of pieces from this puzzle, I'm not going to order the aerial puzzle.

GBHoping my puzzle will actually arrive… Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive before Xmas. Tracking info sent 19 days ago still shows the package is awaiting pick up from the original source location. Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.

GBMaking Headlines! Making Headlines! Gifted the item to a family member whose daughter was born prematurely on the date featured on the puzzle. She made HEADLINES in their heart on that day. The WAPO version of the day's headlines was fun for them to receive and review - can't wait to see the puzzle completed. Packaging and product delivery were spot on!
