One issue...I wasn't able to actually see what the content of the front page of the publication I was ordering for this birthday gift puzzle unless I paid for a subscription to that newspaper...a bit frustrating.

Awesome Customer Service They say a man’s character doesn’t get revealed until he faces adversity. The same can be said for a company. There was a problem with my order and it was very time sensitive. I contacted the company and told them the problem with the order and without hesitation or questioning who’s fault it might be they told me they will take care of it and will reprocess my order. The new order arrived in plenty of time and I am extremely satisfied with the service. By the way this was a small dollar amount order but they treated me like it was a huge, huge order. 100% satisfied!

Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive… Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive before Xmas. Tracking info sent 19 days ago still shows the package is awaiting pick up from the original source location. Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.
