Never received Never received. Ordered very early (Nov 8) for Christmas arrival. Checked in with B&H near end of Nov and recommended I check in on Dec 8. On Dec 10, nothing arrived and no change in shipping status. Now, unable to receive from any other supplier in time for Christmas.

Not what I expected My granddaughter lives one block from San Rafael Bay so half of the puzzle is water which is just a big blue sameness. I think that more of the city could have been shown so that streets and highways and other landmarks would create a learning experience, It is still in the box. The refund on the shipping charges added one star.

Top Rate Company I have nothing but rave reviews for this company. I ordered four puzzles as gifts and they arrived eight days after they shipped. The box was in pristine condition and the individual puzzles were boxed separately. Customer service was fabulous, as I made an error on my original online order!

Great product and company I was quite impressed w the product. It arrived intact and even in a very timely manner. The co.was honest in stating it could not guarantee a delivery before Christmas, yet it kept me informed and actually did arrive before Christmas, which was so appreciated!

Butlerandhill did a great job! Butlerandhill did a great job. Just before shipping I called and asked if someone could hand-write a message and get it in the package. I offered to pay. They got it done at no charge. A few days later the package arrived at its destination in Baltimore. My head is still spinning over how quickly that package arrived!
