USNot all that happy I ordered a puzzle of our neighborhood on December 6th. I realize it was cutting it close to Christmas, so I expected it slightly late. We received it January 7th. The puzzle is okay, but some of the pieces are so close in shape to each other that it's too easy to mistakenly put the wrong piece in. This does not make the puzzle more challenging, it just makes it annoying. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong puzzle, getting the topographical chart rather than the aerial photo, which I think would be much more fun. However, based on the cut of pieces from this puzzle, I'm not going to order the aerial puzzle.

USSlower than expected. Product quality was as expected My order took longer than expected to arrive causing panic as we inched toward Christmas. I am not sure if the issue was with the Post Office or the shipper. My puzzle was in a nice box and everything was as expected with the puzzle. My mother loves it! She has not noticed yet that the center of the puzzle is house shaped and is her address where she grew up. I will order from this seller again as I love a personalized gift.

USArrived Late and Damaged The order for a hometown jigsaw puzzle was placed and confirmed on Nov. 29, but arrived after Christmas. The puzzle packaging was damaged in shipment, although the pieces appear intact. The gift wrapping I ordered was completely useless. I suggest that you find alternate methods of shipping or packaging to prevent this type of delay and damage.

USI ordered two personalized puzzles I ordered two personalized puzzles. Both arrived as scheduled. I am still at work after two days fitting the pieces of my neighborhood map together. With the pandemic still raging in my region, the map puzzle is my best option to explore the neighborhood.

US100% not recommend I ordered 2 weeks ahead of their December 6th deadline where they guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Butler and Hill sent me an email saying my package had shipped December 10th; however, it then sat in pre-shipment for 10 days. The company only provided the package to USPS today (December 20th), after the deadline for priority mail to arrive by Christmas. Would never order from this company again if they can't hold up their end of the bargain. Shipping may be delayed right now, but the fault was all on their end in not getting the product to the shipper on time. Update: let the record show I did attempt to contact the company twice using an email (undeliverable) and the inquiry page they linked in their response. Both unanswered
