USPuzzle takes a long time to arrive, but finally made it! My “hometown” puzzle finally did arrive in time to forward it to it’s final destination as a Christmas present before Christmas (I hope.) Knowing that this is 2020, a crazy year, and that things take longer to arrive, I ordered this puzzle in the middle of November and finally received it on December 17th. My advice to anyone purchasing items is to plan to order way earlier than they normally would and do not trust the “Your package has been shipped” email. I received this email on November 23rd and the item didn’t show up until more than 3 weeks later.

USHoping my puzzle will actually arrive… Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive before Xmas. Tracking info sent 19 days ago still shows the package is awaiting pick up from the original source location. Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.

USTop Rate Company I have nothing but rave reviews for this company. I ordered four puzzles as gifts and they arrived eight days after they shipped. The box was in pristine condition and the individual puzzles were boxed separately. Customer service was fabulous, as I made an error on my original online order!

USThis puzzle arrived in a generic box… This puzzle arrived in a generic box that does not have the photo of the puzzle. I bought this for my elderly mother of her home in that she had to move from hoping it would be a wonderful experience. It's a frustrating experience. I would like my money back and have called requesting either the exact copy of the image or a full refund. It's absurd to not at least put a folded up image inside the box. Very disappointed. This was something I was most excited to learn about and excited to give it to her and share the experience.

USAwesome Customer Service They say a man’s character doesn’t get revealed until he faces adversity. The same can be said for a company. There was a problem with my order and it was very time sensitive. I contacted the company and told them the problem with the order and without hesitation or questioning who’s fault it might be they told me they will take care of it and will reprocess my order. The new order arrived in plenty of time and I am extremely satisfied with the service. By the way this was a small dollar amount order but they treated me like it was a huge, huge order. 100% satisfied!
