Slower than expected. Product quality was as expected My order took longer than expected to arrive causing panic as we inched toward Christmas. I am not sure if the issue was with the Post Office or the shipper. My puzzle was in a nice box and everything was as expected with the puzzle. My mother loves it! She has not noticed yet that the center of the puzzle is house shaped and is her address where she grew up. I will order from this seller again as I love a personalized gift.

Top Rate Company I have nothing but rave reviews for this company. I ordered four puzzles as gifts and they arrived eight days after they shipped. The box was in pristine condition and the individual puzzles were boxed separately. Customer service was fabulous, as I made an error on my original online order!

Puzzle takes a long time to arrive, but finally made it! My “hometown” puzzle finally did arrive in time to forward it to it’s final destination as a Christmas present before Christmas (I hope.) Knowing that this is 2020, a crazy year, and that things take longer to arrive, I ordered this puzzle in the middle of November and finally received it on December 17th. My advice to anyone purchasing items is to plan to order way earlier than they normally would and do not trust the “Your package has been shipped” email. I received this email on November 23rd and the item didn’t show up until more than 3 weeks later.

I ordered two personalized puzzles I ordered two personalized puzzles. Both arrived as scheduled. I am still at work after two days fitting the pieces of my neighborhood map together. With the pandemic still raging in my region, the map puzzle is my best option to explore the neighborhood.

Map does not fit in the frame Ordered a world map pinboard. Islands and text are cut off near the frame. Poor framing job, but support insists this is not a fault. Due to the large size, it needs to be returned via courier at my expense
