Arrived Late and Damaged The order for a hometown jigsaw puzzle was placed and confirmed on Nov. 29, but arrived after Christmas. The puzzle packaging was damaged in shipment, although the pieces appear intact. The gift wrapping I ordered was completely useless. I suggest that you find alternate methods of shipping or packaging to prevent this type of delay and damage.

Puzzle takes a long time to arrive, but finally made it! My “hometown” puzzle finally did arrive in time to forward it to it’s final destination as a Christmas present before Christmas (I hope.) Knowing that this is 2020, a crazy year, and that things take longer to arrive, I ordered this puzzle in the middle of November and finally received it on December 17th. My advice to anyone purchasing items is to plan to order way earlier than they normally would and do not trust the “Your package has been shipped” email. I received this email on November 23rd and the item didn’t show up until more than 3 weeks later.

Map does not fit in the frame Ordered a world map pinboard. Islands and text are cut off near the frame. Poor framing job, but support insists this is not a fault. Due to the large size, it needs to be returned via courier at my expense

Awesome Customer Service They say a man’s character doesn’t get revealed until he faces adversity. The same can be said for a company. There was a problem with my order and it was very time sensitive. I contacted the company and told them the problem with the order and without hesitation or questioning who’s fault it might be they told me they will take care of it and will reprocess my order. The new order arrived in plenty of time and I am extremely satisfied with the service. By the way this was a small dollar amount order but they treated me like it was a huge, huge order. 100% satisfied!

Not all that happy I ordered a puzzle of our neighborhood on December 6th. I realize it was cutting it close to Christmas, so I expected it slightly late. We received it January 7th. The puzzle is okay, but some of the pieces are so close in shape to each other that it's too easy to mistakenly put the wrong piece in. This does not make the puzzle more challenging, it just makes it annoying. Admittedly, I ordered the wrong puzzle, getting the topographical chart rather than the aerial photo, which I think would be much more fun. However, based on the cut of pieces from this puzzle, I'm not going to order the aerial puzzle.
