Top notch customer service Amazing product and top notch customer service. Definitely plan ahead for gifts - my first order came and was unfortunately the wrong print. However, quickly got in touch with owner on Instagram for a reprint and expedited shipping (also sent full proof for gift-giving purposes) and gave me a free second portrait altogether. In the course of what could’ve been a frustrating mishap, Regal Pawtraits earned all my respect for the five star service and hilarious product. Would recommend 10/10
