Do not do business with Regal… Do not do business with Regal Pawtraits. Have never had such a poor customer service experience. Have sent 5+ emails and/or question forms over a 2 week period. Have had no response.

Excellent Gift, great experience I would definitely order again and would recommend Regal Pawtraits to anyone looking for a unique personal gift. I ordered a portrait of our family dog as a gift for my mom. Molly was a member of the family for 14 years, and being able to celebrate her in royal portrait style makes us smile every time we see it. Ordering was easy and the portrait looks great. It really looks like it belongs in a fine art museum, rather than on our wall.

AVOID this site/business Canvas sent was not correct. I have proof it's their error. 3 emails sent asking them to rectify with no response. AVOID this site!

Great news received tracking information and delivery tomorrow. Patients I ordered from them on the 3rd of Dec, sent acceptance of proof immediately. Have sent at least 6 emails to inquire about my order no response. Finally received tracking information and delivery tomorrow.
