Beautiful flowers delivered! Great selection to pick from and user friendly site to place an order. Communications for status of the delivery couldn't have been better. Beautiful box bouquet of flowers was delivered on time with no issues.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY I thought I was ordering from FTD? Why was my order sent to Albertsons?When the flowers showed up at my Moms, she sent me a photo and it was horrible! Paid $150 and looked nothing like what I ordered. How dare you send my order to a grocery store! My order was obviously not of value to you so we won’t be ordering again! Called a local florist near my Mim and we will be calling them directly from now on. Better customer service and value! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Please Call local DO NOT USE FTD!!!

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Ordered a same day delivery, did not get there until 2 days later and the flower arrangement looks pathetic and terrible. I paid $100, company unwilling to refund. Their website does not work for tracking your flowers either. Company needs to be shut down by the looks of all of the other terrible reviews. It’s a scam, avoid at all costs

Horrible! Do not use I am giving a 1 rating only because is not possible to give 0! Placed an order for 2 sympathy arrangements. After my card was charged, I received an email informing my order had been cancelled and refunded in full because they couldn’t find a florist. However, the refund only covered one of the arrangements. I called the following day to find out if the other arrangement had been delivered since it was not covered by the refund. Their response was “We don’t know what happened. Someone will call you back.” No one ever called me back! The arrangement was actually delivered after my call (one day late, not on the date I selected when placing my order). No explanation or update was ever provided. Had I not called my arrangement would have never been delivered. Do not trust this service for any special occasion. Extremely unreliable.

Beautiful variety They always have a fantastic variety at various price points so you can always find something that fits your occasion and budget. I do wish there were more arrangements without stargazers, though, as they are highly toxic to pets and many people are very allergic.
