I ordered an arrangement for my mom for… I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite flower is a rose. I ordered one that had purple roses. I got an arrangement that had only red roses and purple flowers of some sort but not purple roses. I wish I could add the pics to show you what I received for $120. Pathetic and sad. I tried to resolve this with them but no response. I am now doing reviews and reporting them to the BBB. Maybe you (FTD) will learn your lesson. UPDATE- got my money back and a new arrangement however still the wrong one just more flowers in it.

Placed two orders for delivery of… Placed two orders for delivery of Professional Assistant Day. Only one ordered delivered. I called FTD twice on the day of delivery informing that tracking showed order had not been picked up for delivery. The two representatives that I spoke to on the phone flat out lied to me, telling me that order had shipped. I explained that the shipping information provided to my by UPS informed only that shipper (FTD) had prepared label and the package had not been picked up for delivery. I have never exprienced such rude customer service with customer service representatives telling me I am wrong and that the plant had shipped for delivery. I finally got a supervisor who confirmed that order had not shipped. And then insulted me by offering to ship the plant tomorrow at a 30% reduced the price. Today is Professional Assistant Day, not tomorrow. I will never use this florist again. They hire and/or train its employees to lie and fail to deliver flowers/plants ordered in the contractual time period.

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible, pretty much nonexistent. They gave me the run around on trying to send flowers to a funeral and eventually I had to cancel the order because I finally found out they didn't even have a florist in the area to fill the order?!??!?! Why would they even sell me something they have no way of supplying it?!? And then they weren't even up front about the issue, so I wasted two days playing phone tag and didn't get to send any flowers to the funeral:( I would give zero stars if I could!!

Horrible Support First time using them and probably the last. Support is horrible, they don't listen, talk over you, argue and a bad connection a top of that. The site is even worse. Says you can update the order but then does not provide any ability to do so, their chat never connects, tried and home and work. Just an all around bad experience. Haven't even received the flowers yet so will update to see if they at least get that right.

Ordered flowers from what I thought was… Ordered flowers from what I thought was FTD and just found out that they “transferred” my order to an Albertsons grocery store. I paid over $100 and got a grocery store bouquet delivered? Thank you, Now I know what your company thinks of my support. Will never order again!!
