My sis left for a vacation! I sent a bouquet to my sister for her birthday. I was informed she wasnt answering her door, so I called and found out she just left for a 2 week vacation! I was able to reschedule a delivery for when she returned home with no problem and no extra charge. Thank you!

The flowers from FTD were perfect The flowers from FTD were perfect. On time, fresh and just beautiful. Ordering was super easy. Friendly service and helpful. Received a e-mail confirming my order and also when the order was delivered.

Love the Same Day Delivery I love the fact that this company offers same day delivery. It was kind of a last minute thought to send flowers to my boss whose grandfather had passed away the week prior. She was very happy when she got them & advised that they were very beautiful.

Placed two orders for delivery of… Placed two orders for delivery of Professional Assistant Day. Only one ordered delivered. I called FTD twice on the day of delivery informing that tracking showed order had not been picked up for delivery. The two representatives that I spoke to on the phone flat out lied to me, telling me that order had shipped. I explained that the shipping information provided to my by UPS informed only that shipper (FTD) had prepared label and the package had not been picked up for delivery. I have never exprienced such rude customer service with customer service representatives telling me I am wrong and that the plant had shipped for delivery. I finally got a supervisor who confirmed that order had not shipped. And then insulted me by offering to ship the plant tomorrow at a 30% reduced the price. Today is Professional Assistant Day, not tomorrow. I will never use this florist again. They hire and/or train its employees to lie and fail to deliver flowers/plants ordered in the contractual time period.

Beautiful variety They always have a fantastic variety at various price points so you can always find something that fits your occasion and budget. I do wish there were more arrangements without stargazers, though, as they are highly toxic to pets and many people are very allergic.
