Horrible Support First time using them and probably the last. Support is horrible, they don't listen, talk over you, argue and a bad connection a top of that. The site is even worse. Says you can update the order but then does not provide any ability to do so, their chat never connects, tried and home and work. Just an all around bad experience. Haven't even received the flowers yet so will update to see if they at least get that right.

Unwilling to admit they messed up *EDIT: FTD came around the next day and made it alright. She did love the flowers. It was a delivery problem and customer service would not listen to me when I called. I was not able to surprise my fiance at work, but she was happy with the flowers. I may give them another shot in the future. I am so angry right now, I shouldn't write this. FTD totally flubbed the delivery on valentines day. They were supposed to deliver to my fiance's work, and the lady on the phone told me they did get delivered to her work, but that was after 10 minutes of her telling me that they were going to fix it, the lady was telling me my fiance got them while I'm looking at the flowers on my front porch through ring camera. I entered the correct address, but the confirmation email had the wrong address so I called and had it corrected and THEY STILL DELIVERED TO TNE WRONG ADDRESS!!!

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible, pretty much nonexistent. They gave me the run around on trying to send flowers to a funeral and eventually I had to cancel the order because I finally found out they didn't even have a florist in the area to fill the order?!??!?! Why would they even sell me something they have no way of supplying it?!? And then they weren't even up front about the issue, so I wasted two days playing phone tag and didn't get to send any flowers to the funeral:( I would give zero stars if I could!!

Love the Same Day Delivery I love the fact that this company offers same day delivery. It was kind of a last minute thought to send flowers to my boss whose grandfather had passed away the week prior. She was very happy when she got them & advised that they were very beautiful.

Delivery During inclement weather in Montana During inclement weather in Montana, you still found a way to get beautiful flowers and an extra bouquet of roses to my elderly sister. I’m so grateful for all you did to bring this joyful Christmas present of live flowers all the way across the globe on time for Christmas! I will always use FTD! Sharon
