Stay away Stay away. As I was out of the country, I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to my wife's place of work and they never arrived on the day. When I contacted Teleflora, they said that the floweriest attempted delivery, but there was no reply. Considering that the offices are open to the public, as this is how we get our business, this was untrue. I checked the security cameras and there was no attempted delivery. They arrived at 3 pm a day late. Useless service and very poor customer service.

Don’t order for international delivery Don’t order for international delivery! Tried to send flowers to our daughter, working in Germany. When we ordered online, we were given the option to choose a delivery date. The day they were suppose to be delivered, we received a call stating that delivery would be two days late. Then another call the following day that it would be another day late. A day after the flowers were suppose to arrive, there still had not been a delivery. Called Teleflora and they said the order had been canceled because they didn’t have a florist to work with at that location. Their international ordering system needs a LOT of work!

Great service, value and expedience!! I have used Teleflora several times over the last couple of years-always sending them out of state and I've NEVER had a bad experience!! The flowers arrived promptly, in great shape and last a very long time! I just got a message and picture from a friend who got a bouquet for her birthday on November 28th and she still has over HALF of the flowers still alive on December 22!!! Amazing!

I forgot my co-workers birthday is… I forgot my co-workers birthday is today and needed flowers immediately. Your website was perfect. Hoping you do a fantastic job because I have other co-workers birthdays coming up. It is after 1:00pm and unfortunately my co-workers flowers haven't arrived and I paid the extra $15.00 to make sure the delivery would be here by 1:00 pm. That's a shame.
