No Regret I ordered a flower arrangement for a loved one’s funeral, and later noticed the poor reviews. I was very worried about what would arrive, but my experience was wonderful. They looked beautiful and arrived on time. No regret!!!

VERY happy with Teleflora VERY happy with Teleflora. I ordered a flower arrangement online for next day delivery to a home in Ontario Canada. It was delivered on time. I was also happy with their customer service. They corrected contact info that I had mistyped, responding within 10 minutes of my sending the request for correction. My understanding is that they use local florists. I will definitely use them again!

Beautiful arrangements, easy ordering, great value! I love ordering from Teleflora! Both the website and mobile app are so user-friendly and easy to navigate. The floral arrangements are beautiful, and I appreciate the option to add special instructions for delivery, as well as a custom message to the gift recipient. Highly recommend Teleflora over any other national floral delivery service! Five stars!!!

The options were great The options were great, and the price was fair. The site was easy to navigate. I realize that this was a 3 party transaction... so I am hoping that the product that my wife receives is quality and presented very well. This my first-time using Teleflora because I usually shop and purchase these items on site in person.

Stay away Stay away. As I was out of the country, I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to my wife's place of work and they never arrived on the day. When I contacted Teleflora, they said that the floweriest attempted delivery, but there was no reply. Considering that the offices are open to the public, as this is how we get our business, this was untrue. I checked the security cameras and there was no attempted delivery. They arrived at 3 pm a day late. Useless service and very poor customer service.
