GBNo Regret I ordered a flower arrangement for a loved one’s funeral, and later noticed the poor reviews. I was very worried about what would arrive, but my experience was wonderful. They looked beautiful and arrived on time. No regret!!!

GBHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!!! I have tried them 3 times and all 3 times they sent something way smaller than I ordered!!! The first time was a customer so I didn't see the pics til she posted on social media & they were nothing as described! The 2nd & 3rd time was my daughter and my mother and the flowers were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than shown, RIDICULOUS, we as customers are shopping online and "assuming" what you show is what WE PAY FOR but thats not the case with them! This is a scam florist and I will never ever use them again! These are hard times and we expect what we pay for SHAME ON TELEFLORA for scamming the consumer!!!!!

GBGreat service, value and expedience!! I have used Teleflora several times over the last couple of years-always sending them out of state and I've NEVER had a bad experience!! The flowers arrived promptly, in great shape and last a very long time! I just got a message and picture from a friend who got a bouquet for her birthday on November 28th and she still has over HALF of the flowers still alive on December 22!!! Amazing!

GBThe options were great The options were great, and the price was fair. The site was easy to navigate. I realize that this was a 3 party transaction... so I am hoping that the product that my wife receives is quality and presented very well. This my first-time using Teleflora because I usually shop and purchase these items on site in person.

GBChocolates DID NOT arrive as ordered Chocolates DID NOT arrive as ordered! Altho I was at 1st shocked when recipient described flowers/colors other than I expected (1green lillies which I never would have ordered!... but gladly deep pink roses as I did expect), I read and understand about substitutions. A picture was taken but the 90yr old has to have her daughter send it to me. She did seem overjoyed with the arrangement and card... I called her back cause she never mentioned the chocolates... NOPE... she giggled as she suggested perhaps the delivery guy enjoyed them. Needless to say, I was never made aware of them not being available yet still charged for them! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
