Teleflora Total Failure What I ordered for a very special birthday was not even close to what was delivered. Thankfully recipient sent photo of what was delivered. I contacted Teleflora with their error and they offered a $35 refund on a $100 order. Contacted the florist that made the order. They stated they had informed Teleflora they could not make that particular design. Teleflora then told florist to do a Designer special. I was Never informed the design I ordered was not available and a substitution was ordered by Teleflora. I have photos and paperwork to prove. To my disappointment and embarrassment, this is a Total Failure on Telefloras part. The recipient stated, "Well, they got the note right". This is a Total Failure on Telefloras part.

Beautiful arrangements, easy ordering, great value! I love ordering from Teleflora! Both the website and mobile app are so user-friendly and easy to navigate. The floral arrangements are beautiful, and I appreciate the option to add special instructions for delivery, as well as a custom message to the gift recipient. Highly recommend Teleflora over any other national floral delivery service! Five stars!!!

Terrible service Ordered a large arrangement (>$100), arrived partially dead/dying. Emailed them three times no response…..very disappointing. Flowers are nowhere near the projected size

No Regret I ordered a flower arrangement for a loved one’s funeral, and later noticed the poor reviews. I was very worried about what would arrive, but my experience was wonderful. They looked beautiful and arrived on time. No regret!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!!! I have tried them 3 times and all 3 times they sent something way smaller than I ordered!!! The first time was a customer so I didn't see the pics til she posted on social media & they were nothing as described! The 2nd & 3rd time was my daughter and my mother and the flowers were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than shown, RIDICULOUS, we as customers are shopping online and "assuming" what you show is what WE PAY FOR but thats not the case with them! This is a scam florist and I will never ever use them again! These are hard times and we expect what we pay for SHAME ON TELEFLORA for scamming the consumer!!!!!
