Teleflora does not deliver as promised Ordered funeral flowers 2 weeks before the memorial. The are due to be delivered the day before the memorial to ensure they come on time. Day of they never show up, no call to say there is an issue. Only resolution they offer is a refund. Great!!! Except now my dad is going to be displayed with just the urn, no flowers, no display. SMH. I’m so utterly disappointed and just want to cry. I can’t afford to order from somewhere else

No Regret I ordered a flower arrangement for a loved one’s funeral, and later noticed the poor reviews. I was very worried about what would arrive, but my experience was wonderful. They looked beautiful and arrived on time. No regret!!!

The floral arrangements are beautiful, and I appreciate the option to add special instructions for delivery, as well as a custom message to the gift recipient. VERY happy with Teleflora VERY happy with Teleflora. I ordered a flower arrangement online for next day delivery to a home in Ontario Canada. It was delivered on time. I was also happy with their customer service. They corrected contact info that I had mistyped, responding within 10 minutes of my sending the request for correction. My understanding is that they use local florists. I will definitely use them again!
