GBDidn’t Deliver I placed order on Monday to be delivered Friday. On Friday no delivery but they did take my money. I called and was told that there is no guarantee they can deliver tomorrow. I asked for a manager to call me and was told there is no guarantee someone will call. Don’t use these people. The only guarantee they have is to take your money.

GBHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FLORIST!!! I have tried them 3 times and all 3 times they sent something way smaller than I ordered!!! The first time was a customer so I didn't see the pics til she posted on social media & they were nothing as described! The 2nd & 3rd time was my daughter and my mother and the flowers were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than shown, RIDICULOUS, we as customers are shopping online and "assuming" what you show is what WE PAY FOR but thats not the case with them! This is a scam florist and I will never ever use them again! These are hard times and we expect what we pay for SHAME ON TELEFLORA for scamming the consumer!!!!!

GBVERY happy with Teleflora VERY happy with Teleflora. I ordered a flower arrangement online for next day delivery to a home in Ontario Canada. It was delivered on time. I was also happy with their customer service. They corrected contact info that I had mistyped, responding within 10 minutes of my sending the request for correction. My understanding is that they use local florists. I will definitely use them again!

GBTeleflora cannot be trusted Teleflora cannot be trusted. They totally ruined my surprise for my wife on our 38th wedding anniversary. We canceled our dinner plans to wait for the flowers to be delivered. The order was placed on Sunday, 4/21 for delivery before 1 pm on 4/26 at a total cost of $98.15 (I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 1 pm). They stated they would refund the $15 early delivery fee and then would discount the order 30%. The supervisor stated she would send an e-mail confirming the change, we never received it. We finally cancelled the order at 7pm because the flowers were never delivered. The CSR stated they could not contact the florist, but did nothing to send the order to a different florist. Teleflora would not release the name of the florist, so therefore they own this complaint 100%. I recommend Teleflora sever business with the florist they contracted with. Teleflora singlehandedly ruined our special day. Never order from them as they cannot be trusted with your business. Update: We received a call Saturday offering us a complimentary bouquet, but like the one I ordered, they never fulfilled what they said. Called them today 4/30 and they stated they couldn't fulfill their promise. My question is, how can they do business in the first place??? I'll never use teleflora again. I'll take the time to research local florists and deal directly with them.
