Didn’t Deliver I placed order on Monday to be delivered Friday. On Friday no delivery but they did take my money. I called and was told that there is no guarantee they can deliver tomorrow. I asked for a manager to call me and was told there is no guarantee someone will call. Don’t use these people. The only guarantee they have is to take your money.

Altho I was at 1st shocked when recipient described flowers/colors other than I expected (1green lillies which I never would have ordered!... but gladly deep pink roses as I did expect), I read and understand about substitutions. A picture was taken but the 90yr old has to have her daughter send it to me. She did seem overjoyed with the arrangement and card... I called her back cause she never mentioned the chocolates... NOPE... she giggled as she suggested perhaps the delivery guy enjoyed them. Needless to say, I was never made aware of them not being available yet still charged for them! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Don’t order for international delivery Don’t order for international delivery! Tried to send flowers to our daughter, working in Germany. When we ordered online, we were given the option to choose a delivery date. The day they were suppose to be delivered, we received a call stating that delivery would be two days late. Then another call the following day that it would be another day late. A day after the flowers were suppose to arrive, there still had not been a delivery. Called Teleflora and they said the order had been canceled because they didn’t have a florist to work with at that location. Their international ordering system needs a LOT of work!
