I realize that this was a 3 party transaction... so I am hoping that the product that my wife receives is quality and presented very well. This my first-time using Teleflora because I usually shop and purchase these items on site in person.

GBBeautiful arrangements, easy ordering, great value! I love ordering from Teleflora! Both the website and mobile app are so user-friendly and easy to navigate. The floral arrangements are beautiful, and I appreciate the option to add special instructions for delivery, as well as a custom message to the gift recipient. Highly recommend Teleflora over any other national floral delivery service! Five stars!!!

GBTeleflora cannot be trusted Teleflora cannot be trusted. They totally ruined my surprise for my wife on our 38th wedding anniversary. We canceled our dinner plans to wait for the flowers to be delivered. The order was placed on Sunday, 4/21 for delivery before 1 pm on 4/26 at a total cost of $98.15 (I paid extra to have the flowers delivered before 1 pm). They stated they would refund the $15 early delivery fee and then would discount the order 30%. The supervisor stated she would send an e-mail confirming the change, we never received it. We finally cancelled the order at 7pm because the flowers were never delivered. The CSR stated they could not contact the florist, but did nothing to send the order to a different florist. Teleflora would not release the name of the florist, so therefore they own this complaint 100%. I recommend Teleflora sever business with the florist they contracted with. Teleflora singlehandedly ruined our special day. Never order from them as they cannot be trusted with your business. Update: We received a call Saturday offering us a complimentary bouquet, but like the one I ordered, they never fulfilled what they said. Called them today 4/30 and they stated they couldn't fulfill their promise. My question is, how can they do business in the first place??? I'll never use teleflora again. I'll take the time to research local florists and deal directly with them.

SGTerrible service Ordered a large arrangement (>$100), arrived partially dead/dying. Emailed them three times no response…..very disappointing. Flowers are nowhere near the projected size
