SGTerrible service Ordered a large arrangement (>$100), arrived partially dead/dying. Emailed them three times no response…..very disappointing. Flowers are nowhere near the projected size

GBI forgot my co-workers birthday is… I forgot my co-workers birthday is today and needed flowers immediately. Your website was perfect. Hoping you do a fantastic job because I have other co-workers birthdays coming up. It is after 1:00pm and unfortunately my co-workers flowers haven't arrived and I paid the extra $15.00 to make sure the delivery would be here by 1:00 pm. That's a shame.

GBStay away Stay away. As I was out of the country, I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to my wife's place of work and they never arrived on the day. When I contacted Teleflora, they said that the floweriest attempted delivery, but there was no reply. Considering that the offices are open to the public, as this is how we get our business, this was untrue. I checked the security cameras and there was no attempted delivery. They arrived at 3 pm a day late. Useless service and very poor customer service.

GBTeleflora Total Failure What I ordered for a very special birthday was not even close to what was delivered. Thankfully recipient sent photo of what was delivered. I contacted Teleflora with their error and they offered a $35 refund on a $100 order. Contacted the florist that made the order. They stated they had informed Teleflora they could not make that particular design. Teleflora then told florist to do a Designer special. I was Never informed the design I ordered was not available and a substitution was ordered by Teleflora. I have photos and paperwork to prove. To my disappointment and embarrassment, this is a Total Failure on Telefloras part. The recipient stated, "Well, they got the note right". This is a Total Failure on Telefloras part.

GBThe options were great The options were great, and the price was fair. The site was easy to navigate. I realize that this was a 3 party transaction... so I am hoping that the product that my wife receives is quality and presented very well. This my first-time using Teleflora because I usually shop and purchase these items on site in person.
