GBTeleflora does not deliver as promised Ordered funeral flowers 2 weeks before the memorial. The are due to be delivered the day before the memorial to ensure they come on time. Day of they never show up, no call to say there is an issue. Only resolution they offer is a refund. Great!!! Except now my dad is going to be displayed with just the urn, no flowers, no display. SMH. I’m so utterly disappointed and just want to cry. I can’t afford to order from somewhere else

GBTeleflora Total Failure What I ordered for a very special birthday was not even close to what was delivered. Thankfully recipient sent photo of what was delivered. I contacted Teleflora with their error and they offered a $35 refund on a $100 order. Contacted the florist that made the order. They stated they had informed Teleflora they could not make that particular design. Teleflora then told florist to do a Designer special. I was Never informed the design I ordered was not available and a substitution was ordered by Teleflora. I have photos and paperwork to prove. To my disappointment and embarrassment, this is a Total Failure on Telefloras part. The recipient stated, "Well, they got the note right". This is a Total Failure on Telefloras part.

GBDon’t order for international delivery Don’t order for international delivery! Tried to send flowers to our daughter, working in Germany. When we ordered online, we were given the option to choose a delivery date. The day they were suppose to be delivered, we received a call stating that delivery would be two days late. Then another call the following day that it would be another day late. A day after the flowers were suppose to arrive, there still had not been a delivery. Called Teleflora and they said the order had been canceled because they didn’t have a florist to work with at that location. Their international ordering system needs a LOT of work!

GBStay away Stay away. As I was out of the country, I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday to be delivered to my wife's place of work and they never arrived on the day. When I contacted Teleflora, they said that the floweriest attempted delivery, but there was no reply. Considering that the offices are open to the public, as this is how we get our business, this was untrue. I checked the security cameras and there was no attempted delivery. They arrived at 3 pm a day late. Useless service and very poor customer service.
