Teleflora does not deliver as promised Ordered funeral flowers 2 weeks before the memorial. The are due to be delivered the day before the memorial to ensure they come on time. Day of they never show up, no call to say there is an issue. Only resolution they offer is a refund. Great!!! Except now my dad is going to be displayed with just the urn, no flowers, no display. SMH. I’m so utterly disappointed and just want to cry. I can’t afford to order from somewhere else

Teleflora Total Failure What I ordered for a very special birthday was not even close to what was delivered. Thankfully recipient sent photo of what was delivered. I contacted Teleflora with their error and they offered a $35 refund on a $100 order. Contacted the florist that made the order. They stated they had informed Teleflora they could not make that particular design. Teleflora then told florist to do a Designer special. I was Never informed the design I ordered was not available and a substitution was ordered by Teleflora. I have photos and paperwork to prove. To my disappointment and embarrassment, this is a Total Failure on Telefloras part. The recipient stated, "Well, they got the note right". This is a Total Failure on Telefloras part.

Didn’t Deliver I placed order on Monday to be delivered Friday. On Friday no delivery but they did take my money. I called and was told that there is no guarantee they can deliver tomorrow. I asked for a manager to call me and was told there is no guarantee someone will call. Don’t use these people. The only guarantee they have is to take your money.
