GBAirportag products give a 'lift' to jaded travelers Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them. By contrast, Airportag products are cleverly designed, colorful, useful, and sturdy. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a smile out of their travel experience.

GBGreat product, EXCEPT new covers I purchased a carry-on from AirportTag, and I love it. I would give it a 4 or 5 rating. But I want to change the cover - the site sells new carry-on covers - but there are no instructions on changing the cover from one purchased to a new one I wanted to purcahse. From the site, I was told to check online, but they had no instructions on their site. That is lousy

DKI ordered Dec 3rd and as of today… I ordered Dec 3rd and as of today January 8th I still didn’t receive anything. First time customer service came back, telling me it still was within the promised shipment days - after some more approaching from my side about expected delivery date - silence. When tracking - no movements since Dec 24th ☹️☹️☹️

GBBroken Tags by Baggage Handlers Ordered 2 sets of different personalized baggage tags. Arrived in a timely matter and they looked awesome. Unfortunately 2 of the tags was broken by baggage handlers in the first trip (our brand new luggage was beat up too). Thinking what could I lose, I contacted customer service via email, told them what happened and Joana immediately sent me an email back telling me they would send replacement tags. This to me was above and beyond their responsibility and am extremely happy that they replaced the tags due to someone else’s negligence. Highly recommend.

KGDelays, delays, delays Ordered my goods on 2nd December. All pieces of my order were splitted into 3 parts (3rd part still is not ready, simple cap). All shipments are still at origin point after 3 weeks after purchasing. Tracking system doesnt tell any information about delivery time. Huge disappointment and regret. Why cant you offer higher delivery cost but with reliable worldwide know courier company?
