Long process times, lack of customer support I placed an order on December 3rd, their website states processing is done in 3-5 days. As of today (December 14th) my order hasn't shipped and I can no longer get anyone to respond to me. At first the excuse was Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it would take 4-8 days to process. I asked to cancel the order however was told it was in production and ready to go out the door last week. Still not here and still crickets from their customer service department.
