Air Force One Baggage tag I ordered the Presidential Air Force One baggage tag . The ordered process was easy & it arrived in no time at all . It looks official & the quality was amazing. Definitely will be a conversation piece when I travel . Very pleased with Airport tag , will definitely be ordering more as presents !

Delays, delays, delays Ordered my goods on 2nd December. All pieces of my order were splitted into 3 parts (3rd part still is not ready, simple cap). All shipments are still at origin point after 3 weeks after purchasing. Tracking system doesnt tell any information about delivery time. Huge disappointment and regret. Why cant you offer higher delivery cost but with reliable worldwide know courier company?

AVOID THEM UPDATE: They came back and granted an exception for the exchange. While still not the best situation, I increased to 3 starts because of this. _____________ AVOID THEM. They are not accommodating at all if you received something as a gift. I attempted to EXCHANGE, not even return, a shirt from them for a different size. Since the gift was bought in November and it was a Christmas gift in December, they refused to do an exchange. I would NEVER buy from them again.

Fun designs and high quality! Very happy with my Airportag Apple Watch bands! Liked the first one enough to order a custom second- to commemorate our upcoming move. Making my own “boarding pass” band showing the airport identifiers, along with the actual flight number was a lot of fun. The quality of the bands is solid- while still fairly new, it’s holding up to daily wear, including workouts. Service was incredibly fast- including the custom band- had it within days of ordering. Keep up the great work Airportag!

Poor customer service but nice merchandise I wrote previously that the company was a scam because it took several weeks to get my order. I could not contact anyone as the company doesn’t have a phone number. Chatting with them is hit or miss, sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t. I did eventually receive the luggage I ordered and the bags looked nice. So, I am changing my review and giving them 4 stars instead of 1 I originally gave.
