USAVOID THEM UPDATE: They came back and granted an exception for the exchange. While still not the best situation, I increased to 3 starts because of this. _____________ AVOID THEM. They are not accommodating at all if you received something as a gift. I attempted to EXCHANGE, not even return, a shirt from them for a different size. Since the gift was bought in November and it was a Christmas gift in December, they refused to do an exchange. I would NEVER buy from them again.

BHThis company is a scam This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them please. I made a purchase with them and after one month it was still showing in the tracking number that the package was in the same place. After contacting them they replied that international purchases could take up to 7 weeks to arrive. Eventually I contacted them again saying, 7 weeks had passed and no item had arrived, I wanted my money back. No reply. Also they show excellent reviews on their website but yet I cannot place a review myself. Complete scam.

DKI ordered Dec 3rd and as of today… I ordered Dec 3rd and as of today January 8th I still didn’t receive anything. First time customer service came back, telling me it still was within the promised shipment days - after some more approaching from my side about expected delivery date - silence. When tracking - no movements since Dec 24th ☹️☹️☹️

USLong process times, lack of customer support I placed an order on December 3rd, their website states processing is done in 3-5 days. As of today (December 14th) my order hasn't shipped and I can no longer get anyone to respond to me. At first the excuse was Black Friday/Cyber Monday and it would take 4-8 days to process. I asked to cancel the order however was told it was in production and ready to go out the door last week. Still not here and still crickets from their customer service department.

USPoor Customer Service The quality of their luggage tags is very good, so after ordering two, I ordered one more. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong state from the drop down menu when filling out the customization form and my luggage tag came with the wrong state. They refused to accept this return to replace with a correct tag. You would think they could invest in software sophisticated enough to catch these errors before printing tags with state/zip code mismatches. It also took them a week to respond to my return query, and only responded after I emailed them again. I will not order from this company again.
