GBI ordered several items in 3 different… I ordered several items in 3 different orders. All my orders where shipped very fast. Concidering that shipping can be slow due to COVID-19. We love our 2 custom blankets as well as the custom pillow. I also ordered 2 posters which I used to wrap my original airline trolley.

GBAirportag products give a 'lift' to jaded travelers Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them. By contrast, Airportag products are cleverly designed, colorful, useful, and sturdy. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get a smile out of their travel experience.

GBAVOID THEM UPDATE: They came back and granted an exception for the exchange. While still not the best situation, I increased to 3 starts because of this. _____________ AVOID THEM. They are not accommodating at all if you received something as a gift. I attempted to EXCHANGE, not even return, a shirt from them for a different size. Since the gift was bought in November and it was a Christmas gift in December, they refused to do an exchange. I would NEVER buy from them again.

GBGreat product, EXCEPT new covers I purchased a carry-on from AirportTag, and I love it. I would give it a 4 or 5 rating. But I want to change the cover - the site sells new carry-on covers - but there are no instructions on changing the cover from one purchased to a new one I wanted to purcahse. From the site, I was told to check online, but they had no instructions on their site. That is lousy

GBPoor Customer Service The quality of their luggage tags is very good, so after ordering two, I ordered one more. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong state from the drop down menu when filling out the customization form and my luggage tag came with the wrong state. They refused to accept this return to replace with a correct tag. You would think they could invest in software sophisticated enough to catch these errors before printing tags with state/zip code mismatches. It also took them a week to respond to my return query, and only responded after I emailed them again. I will not order from this company again.
