Great product, EXCEPT new covers I purchased a carry-on from AirportTag, and I love it. I would give it a 4 or 5 rating. But I want to change the cover - the site sells new carry-on covers - but there are no instructions on changing the cover from one purchased to a new one I wanted to purcahse. From the site, I was told to check online, but they had no instructions on their site. That is lousy

This company is a scam This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them please. I made a purchase with them and after one month it was still showing in the tracking number that the package was in the same place. After contacting them they replied that international purchases could take up to 7 weeks to arrive. Eventually I contacted them again saying, 7 weeks had passed and no item had arrived, I wanted my money back. No reply. Also they show excellent reviews on their website but yet I cannot place a review myself. Complete scam.

Scam! Nothing was delivered Ordered a bag tag for a friend and it keeps showing it was delivered but it never was and support is a joke. Only automated responses and nothing else. Ridiculous.

Scam company Ordered the Economy bag. The lettering is messy, the bag does not look as promoted online and the question mark is in 2 spots. Sent a request for refund no response x2

Order never showed up Order never showed up. They apologized and told me a new shipment is on its way. The trackingnumber still not working after over a month of waiting.
