Poor Customer Service The quality of their luggage tags is very good, so after ordering two, I ordered one more. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong state from the drop down menu when filling out the customization form and my luggage tag came with the wrong state. They refused to accept this return to replace with a correct tag. You would think they could invest in software sophisticated enough to catch these errors before printing tags with state/zip code mismatches. It also took them a week to respond to my return query, and only responded after I emailed them again. I will not order from this company again.

Airportag products give a 'lift' to jaded travelers Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot of travel products and find most to be unimpressive, so am rarely tempted to buy any of them.
