Text never received I have no idea if the card was sent via text and the person I sent to says she hasnt gotten anything. A confirmation email saying the text was successfully delivered would be nice.

my gift card never arrived to my… my gift card never arrived to my recipient. I was told it would be sent immediately and I would be notified when sent. Never happened. Extremely disappointed!! UPDATE 4/29/2024 I want to thank everyone on your team for making this right! My recipient received her gift card late this morning. She has been working many overtime hours and yesterday was a rare day off for her. I wanted to surprise her with a gift card however it never arrived. She finally received it today and was extremely happy. Thank you for turning an unexpected experience into a happy one.

Issues with delivery but decent overall. The gift card said it would be delivered instantly, but the recipient still does not have it twelve hours later. I sure was charged instantly, though! Awaiting feedback from customer support. Update: The customer support team stepped in and handled the issue within 24 hours. Thank you.

Personalization is nice. Tracking would be nice though. The card turned out nice with the picture on it. It took 10 days to arrive in the mail with no tracking number or any way to see that it had shipped. I’m just glad it showed up. I’m updating my review, because I was asked to leave a review when it didn’t arrive yet.
