GBI sent instant egift card and got ripped off I sent someone a instant egift I got the receipt with a invoice number my card was charged I went to look at the status of the card and it said INVOICE NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST I TRIED IT 3 TIMES MAKING SURE IT WAS RIGHT ... SO I contacted the website and all it said was sorry to hear that we opened a case ??? Really??? U guys didn't mind taking the money right from my account.. give me my money back ... I have the receipts I make sure I take screenshots for these types of things SHOWING IT WAS PAID FOR

GBConfused and Disappointed! Your order form was quite confusing. I had intended to surprise my wife, Brooke, with a gift card from Macy’s. The card arrived in an envelope that was addressed to me (Alan, Brooke’s husband). The return address indicated the envelope was from Brooke. She thought, I didn’t sent this.” So she opened it and ruined her surprise! I’m quite confused and disappointed!

GBIt's very frustrating that I cannot… It's very frustrating that I cannot easily call and get a hold of someone but that I have to use a impersonal chat option. I also was told that I would receive a phone call from a manager and it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. Super frustrating.

GBgot gift card message - took 28hrs Never got gift card message - used several times for online shopping and it worked just fine but this time it was never sent to my number. EDIT: they finally sent the code, takes up to 2 days for other party to receive

GBPersonalization is nice. Tracking would be nice though. The card turned out nice with the picture on it. It took 10 days to arrive in the mail with no tracking number or any way to see that it had shipped. I’m just glad it showed up. I’m updating my review, because I was asked to leave a review when it didn’t arrive yet.
