Issues with delivery but decent overall. The gift card said it would be delivered instantly, but the recipient still does not have it twelve hours later. I sure was charged instantly, though! The recipient never received the gift… The recipient never received the gift card and I can’t seem to get a live person on the phone without the 16 digit card number that I do not have. I only have the invoice number but that’s an option for customer service. This is ridiculous.

After I activated it the card would not… After I activated it the card would not work so I tried to check the balance of the card and this message pops up "No card found with these details. Please check the details and try again, or contact customer service."
