got gift card message - took 28hrs Never got gift card message - used several times for online shopping and it worked just fine but this time it was never sent to my number. EDIT: they finally sent the code, takes up to 2 days for other party to receive

After I activated it the card would not… After I activated it the card would not work so I tried to check the balance of the card and this message pops up "No card found with these details. Please check the details and try again, or contact customer service."

Text never received I have no idea if the card was sent via text and the person I sent to says she hasnt gotten anything. A confirmation email saying the text was successfully delivered would be nice.

UPDATE 4/29/2024 I want to thank everyone on your team for making this right! My recipient received her gift card late this morning. She has been working many overtime hours and yesterday was a rare day off for her. I wanted to surprise her with a gift card however it never arrived. She finally received it today and was extremely happy. Thank you for turning an unexpected experience into a happy one.
