Absolutely scam of a company Absolutely scam of a company. They literally ghosted me after paying $75 for a same day delivery. 2 days later my best friend is being discharged with her new baby girl and still no flowers. No updates. No phone call from management - this company is a SCAM! Do not buy from here I am so disappointed- plan to report

Fair Warning ⚠️ Fair Warning ⚠️ I am very disappointed in this company. They promised next day delivery and it did not happen until 2 days later, at which time my granddaughter had been discharged. I requested a refund. I will be surprised if I get it without further headache.

Read RECENT reviews Horrible, horrible experience. I ordered a sympathy "artisan" bouquet. The pictured item I ordered was a rich arrangement of white flowers, of different textures. I paid $89.27 (USD). My grieving friend received a bunch of colorful tulips! Currently wasting my morning "negotiating" a refund with them. Proper companies fulfill their promise; and when they drop the ball, they take remedial action. This is clearly not one of those companies.

A+ five stars all's well that ends well. & at the call center was extremely thorough and communicative when the problem is being resolved I'm thoroughly satisfied thank you so much to everyone

I ordered a blue areagment of flowers… I ordered a blue areagment of flowers for 105.00 for my daughter who gave birth to a BOY. She received wilted purple flowers a horrible arrangement I could not beleive they sent a totaly difften arrangement that had nothing that I ordered.
