USExcellent Customer Service! This company has excellent customer service. I placed an order for a family member to receive balloons and a gift, but their original delivery date was moved. I called customer service to let them know, and they said to just give them a call when they checked back in so they could make the delivery at that time. The balloons and gift were perfect!

USA+ for customer service My Daughter was expecting a edible arrangement at the hospital she was admitted too. She was discharged before delivery. We updated the address, but later learned our home address was out of radius, therefore no fruit bouquet 😕, Hospitalgiftshop reached out to us to see if they could do something else. And offered to find something in our area to send to her at home. We appreciate the outreach and offer to find a solution for the order that couldn’t be delivered. Not every company takes the time to do that. Thank you for putting in the effort to find a solution.
