But on the other hand, once told of this, HospitalGiftShop bent over backwards to deliver a fresh arrangement to my sister at her home. Excellent customer service!!!

GBGrand—Daughters Birth My granddaughter was born today & I can’t say enough how much I loved the boutique of balloons I sent my daughter-in-law. This whole process was simple, reasonable and the response time was unbelievable. Thank you for making this whole experience that much nicer.

GBOrdered on Sunday morning Ordered on Sunday morning - then told all Staff done for today - would deliver on Monday. Monday afternoon I learn that no delivery made - I had to contact them to ask where my delivery is - only to them be told it would not be until Tuesday. This should have been communicated to me instead of having to ask - especially when I was charged $21 for local delivery for a bunch balloons

They were delivered within hours of the order being placed and by a very personable individual. Thank you so much. It is stressful trying to reach out to loved ones in a hospital setting and you did a stellar job!
