Read RECENT reviews Horrible, horrible experience. I ordered a sympathy "artisan" bouquet. The pictured item I ordered was a rich arrangement of white flowers, of different textures. I paid $89.27 (USD). My grieving friend received a bunch of colorful tulips! Currently wasting my morning "negotiating" a refund with them. Proper companies fulfill their promise; and when they drop the ball, they take remedial action. This is clearly not one of those companies.

My nephew loved the monkey and his mom colored while he was sleeping to keep her busy. She felt like it was very therapeutic. I am a very happy customer. Thank you for making their time a little better regardless of the circumstances. Highly recommend!!

On the one hand On the one hand, the flowers that were ordered for my sister were not delivered to her room until after she had been discharged. But on the other hand, once told of this, HospitalGiftShop bent over backwards to deliver a fresh arrangement to my sister at her home. Excellent customer service!!!
