GBExcellent Customer Service! This company has excellent customer service. I placed an order for a family member to receive balloons and a gift, but their original delivery date was moved. I called customer service to let them know, and they said to just give them a call when they checked back in so they could make the delivery at that time. The balloons and gift were perfect!

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. Seems all cookie cutter automated dry- bordering on rude responses. Waited an entire day to find out any information on delivery status- then received a delivery confirmation that states arrangements were delivered, but no one at the hospital seems to have seen the arrangement. Patient is not in ICU and does not have restrictions. Unfortunately, I ordered prior to reading the below reviews. Very expensive mistake. I have no idea what the arrangements look like in person. That may call for a new review in itself.

GBOn the one hand On the one hand, the flowers that were ordered for my sister were not delivered to her room until after she had been discharged. But on the other hand, once told of this, HospitalGiftShop bent over backwards to deliver a fresh arrangement to my sister at her home. Excellent customer service!!!

GBCarolyn at the Methodist hospital on… Carolyn at the Methodist hospital on Pennsylvania in Ft Worth was great. She was patient and helped find something that would be appropriate. She was very kind and the recipient was very pleased with the gift. Give that lady a raise!

GBI ordered a blue areagment of flowers… I ordered a blue areagment of flowers for 105.00 for my daughter who gave birth to a BOY. She received wilted purple flowers a horrible arrangement I could not beleive they sent a totaly difften arrangement that had nothing that I ordered.
