Great gift idea I purchased a cake and strawberries combo for a close friend as a birthday gift and she loved them. I was originally going shop on another site, but the reviews and pictures didn't look up to par with how a gift should be. I'm definitely sticking to 1-800 flowers from now on.

no flowers We waited all day for a delivery for our daughter's prom but the flowers never arrived. We offered to pick them up but 1800 would not give us the name of the local florist. We will never use them again.

Disappointed… was so happy to hear that my flowers arrived and made my mom happy after her surgery. It was a beautiful bouquet. I was disappointed with the service. I paid extra for a delivery window but the flowers were delivered outside the expected delivery time and I paid for a balloon, but it was not delivered either. I was very disappointed, but since it was a surprise for my mom- she was happy and the flowers were beautiful. They did arrive same day, just late and missing an item! Luckily it was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and made my mom’s day!

Did my flowers even get there? I have know idea if my flowers for my cousins funeral were there at the church. you said they were delivered the day before but no picture of them. My brother went to the funeral and didn't see them. No one has said any thing about them being pretty or anything. I think it would be nice to get a picture of them that they were actually delivered and look good. If Walmart can do that with deliveries, I think you all can. I would like to give a great review but I'm pretty frustrated spending a lot for them and not even seeing that they were actually there.

The flowers that were delivered to my… The flowers that were delivered to my daughter was an awful representation of what I ordered. When I called customer service they were very helpful in getting me a credit back to my credit card and they are going to redeliver the bouquet again. Hopefully this one will be what I ordered. If not I will call them again. Alyssa at customer service was outstanding in helping me with the issue.
