Disappointed… was so happy to hear that my flowers arrived and made my mom happy after her surgery. It was a beautiful bouquet. I was disappointed with the service. I paid extra for a delivery window but the flowers were delivered outside the expected delivery time and I paid for a balloon, but it was not delivered either. I was very disappointed, but since it was a surprise for my mom- she was happy and the flowers were beautiful. They did arrive same day, just late and missing an item! Luckily it was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and made my mom’s day!

I sent customer service an email to… I sent customer service an email to request that they change my recipient's telephone number. They responded immediately and changed the telephone number for me. The recipient loved her flower arrangement. It made her birthday very special.

Nothing yet but on last delivery… Nothing yet but on last delivery flowers were horrible an d prior deliverys came on wrong date. Only reason I am ordering again is that I have $20 credit from last 2 fiascos and have already paid for passport delivery.
