Great gift idea I purchased a cake and strawberries combo for a close friend as a birthday gift and she loved them. I was originally going shop on another site, but the reviews and pictures didn't look up to par with how a gift should be. I'm definitely sticking to 1-800 flowers from now on.

Took longer to deliver Took longer to deliver. Recipient was in the hospital had brain surgery. I spoke with a representative 3 times the day of scheduled delivery. I received an email saying they were delivered. Recipient received text saying would be delivered next day. I had to call again the day after scheduled delivery to get them delivered. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

Terrible… ordered flowers on 4/22 for… Terrible… ordered flowers on 4/22 for delivery on 4/24. Received an email on 4/24 telling me flowers are being prepared… never arrived. Set up with customer service to redeliver 4/25… no delivery. Called and asked for a refund.. ridiculous … I wasted a lot of time chasing these flowers down and still never got them . Damn shame.

Horrible Birthday delivery experience! I had a delivery scheduled for 04/20 my mother's 101st BIRTHDAY! I checked the site all day to find out about the delivery and it said OUT FOR DELIVERY! Around 4:40 PM I found an email sent by 1-800-FLOWERS late night on 04/19 stating you couldn't fulfill the order! Too late to get another order delivered I had to find something LAST MINUTE for my mother's birthday. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH 1-800-FLOWERS AGAIN. I will also let EVERYONE I can know how incompetent that company is!

They did exactly what was shown on the… They did exactly what was shown on the website image of this birthday cake I wanted for my "70th" b/day to myself. Very impressed w/the workmanship put into making this flower arrangement beautiful.
