USDisappointed … The planter was not near as full as the one pictured! I understand plants can’t be the exact same, but fullness shouldn’t have been changed- especially for what you charged. And to add insult to injury, the planter had bugs!!!!

USI sent customer service an email to… I sent customer service an email to request that they change my recipient's telephone number. They responded immediately and changed the telephone number for me. The recipient loved her flower arrangement. It made her birthday very special.

USThe gardenia was beautiful but upfront pricing needed. The gardenia was beautiful and delivered right on time. The ordering process was quick and easy. My only suggestion is upfront total pricing as one is searching! The delivery fee amounted to about half of the cost of the plant and that was a shock. I almost didn’t order but needed this gift and had no other choice but to have it delivered.

USno flowers We waited all day for a delivery for our daughter's prom but the flowers never arrived. We offered to pick them up but 1800 would not give us the name of the local florist. We will never use them again.

USDelivered to wrong address. Flowers were beautiful, delivered on time but were delivered to the second floor of an apartment building instead of the first floor. This was a gift and if I had not called to see if it had been delivered I doubt they would had noticed it. Other wise 5 stars.
