GBOrdered flowers same day delivery for… Ordered flowers same day delivery for daughters birthday. By 10pm, still no delivery. Customer service said they would refund my money and still deliver flowers next day for the inconvenience. Next day still no flowers. Customer service supervisor said there were bugs in the flowers and he couldn't help me any further. I'm also a Passport member and can't believe they treat their customers this way

GBTook longer to deliver Took longer to deliver. Recipient was in the hospital had brain surgery. I spoke with a representative 3 times the day of scheduled delivery. I received an email saying they were delivered. Recipient received text saying would be delivered next day. I had to call again the day after scheduled delivery to get them delivered. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

GBDid my flowers even get there? I have know idea if my flowers for my cousins funeral were there at the church. you said they were delivered the day before but no picture of them. My brother went to the funeral and didn't see them. No one has said any thing about them being pretty or anything. I think it would be nice to get a picture of them that they were actually delivered and look good. If Walmart can do that with deliveries, I think you all can. I would like to give a great review but I'm pretty frustrated spending a lot for them and not even seeing that they were actually there.

GBArrangement nice but was charged extra… Arrangement nice but was charged extra for delivery even though am a passport member. This is bait and switch.

GBDelivered to wrong address. Flowers were beautiful, delivered on time but were delivered to the second floor of an apartment building instead of the first floor. This was a gift and if I had not called to see if it had been delivered I doubt they would had noticed it. Other wise 5 stars.
