GBThe flowers that were delivered to my… The flowers that were delivered to my daughter was an awful representation of what I ordered. When I called customer service they were very helpful in getting me a credit back to my credit card and they are going to redeliver the bouquet again. Hopefully this one will be what I ordered. If not I will call them again. Alyssa at customer service was outstanding in helping me with the issue.

GBDisappointed … The planter was not near as full as the one pictured! I understand plants can’t be the exact same, but fullness shouldn’t have been changed- especially for what you charged. And to add insult to injury, the planter had bugs!!!!

GBGreat gift idea I purchased a cake and strawberries combo for a close friend as a birthday gift and she loved them. I was originally going shop on another site, but the reviews and pictures didn't look up to par with how a gift should be. I'm definitely sticking to 1-800 flowers from now on.

GBitem never arrived My item never made it where it was supposed to go. I paid $25 shipping to ensure its delivery and still hasn’t arrived. My daughter already left so it’s pointless now. We were trying to wish her luck at a cheer competition and it never happened. So bummed. They did refund my money however so they made it right.
