USTook longer to deliver Took longer to deliver. Recipient was in the hospital had brain surgery. I spoke with a representative 3 times the day of scheduled delivery. I received an email saying they were delivered. Recipient received text saying would be delivered next day. I had to call again the day after scheduled delivery to get them delivered. Very unsatisfied with my experience.

USitem never arrived My item never made it where it was supposed to go. I paid $25 shipping to ensure its delivery and still hasn’t arrived. My daughter already left so it’s pointless now. We were trying to wish her luck at a cheer competition and it never happened. So bummed. They did refund my money however so they made it right.

USNothing yet but on last delivery… Nothing yet but on last delivery flowers were horrible an d prior deliverys came on wrong date. Only reason I am ordering again is that I have $20 credit from last 2 fiascos and have already paid for passport delivery.

CAHorrible Birthday delivery experience! I had a delivery scheduled for 04/20 my mother's 101st BIRTHDAY! I checked the site all day to find out about the delivery and it said OUT FOR DELIVERY! Around 4:40 PM I found an email sent by 1-800-FLOWERS late night on 04/19 stating you couldn't fulfill the order! Too late to get another order delivered I had to find something LAST MINUTE for my mother's birthday. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH 1-800-FLOWERS AGAIN. I will also let EVERYONE I can know how incompetent that company is!

USOrdered flowers same day delivery for… Ordered flowers same day delivery for daughters birthday. By 10pm, still no delivery. Customer service said they would refund my money and still deliver flowers next day for the inconvenience. Next day still no flowers. Customer service supervisor said there were bugs in the flowers and he couldn't help me any further. I'm also a Passport member and can't believe they treat their customers this way
