Would definitely NOT recommend people rely on this site The dress was not what it looked like online, I mean it wasn’t hugely far off, for example mine showed a really pretty belt which made the dress and when it arrived there was literally just a few beads in the centre along with other minimal things that just made it not like what the pictures suggests. Also had a problem with ‘made to measure’, had to pay almost the same cost of the dress in alterations so really not worth it, even my seamstress was shocked at it and took pictures for evidence - not that they believed it. They responded but with no accountability and really couldn’t care about your issues and just shut you down. They offered me $50 towards another dress (I’m in the UK and I don’t know how often they think I’m going to buy wedding dresses, plus certainly wouldn’t shop here again). Overall very disappointing and frustrating- I’m just glad this was for a back garden party after my covid wedding so I wasn’t tooo distraught but if I had received this as my proper wedding dress, I would’ve been heartbroken!

It did not look anything like the picture, was very shoddy creaftmanship, (has small strings hanging from it everywhere) and just plain did not even fit. As I missed their very short "5 day" return window. I was treated like a criminal and told I would not be able to return or exchange the item. I had contacted them within 5 business days which is standard practice, and they still refused... only offering me a $20 credit towards another purchase. After seeing the 1st purchase, I would not risk my time or money with another purchase from this site. Ordered a custom made dress from [External Reference] that came in 2 weeks, was 10 times the quality and craftsmanship and same price. In Wedding Dress needs to learn some customer service skills!

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THESE BASTARDS We received a wedding dress that was obviously too small. My Fiancée is a European size 8 34, 27, 37 We provided these measurements and got a dress that was too small They insisted we measured incorrectly YEAH RIGHT like we would send the incorrect information. She was measured by a qualified seamstress yet these arseholes will not concede that they sent a smaller size. After more than 24 emails and numerous photos we gave up as our wedding is in 10 days. PLEASE DONOT USE THESE BASTARDS

Stunning Absolutely stunning. The dress fit exactly to the standard size specs listed. Although you can opt for custom sizing. The processing and delivery time was almost exactly the time frame explained on the website. The material and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations by a landslide. Ordering online and from overseas can be scary, online reviews are difficult to sift through, I spent hours on not only their website but review websites and other dress websites. I cannot think of one item that I could show any displeasure with. We are getting married in Vegas and I didn't want to spend a small fortune on my dress, but when I opened the package all I felt was WOW, what an amazing bargain.
