GBTerrible customer service, possible fraud? Sold a $200 gift card to cardpool, and have received nothing in return. It has been 3x the waiting period they quote, and I have written multiple emails to cardpool customer service with no reply whatsoever. At this point I am thinking I got scammed, and will need to report them to different consumer protection agencies. I notice Cardpool has been replying to several people on this review site. If they care to actually SEND me my amazon gift card like they promised, I will revise this review. Transaction #42300802 - Ryan

GBI purchased a $100 worth home depot… I purchased a $100 worth home depot card in May 2019 and did not use it until July 2020, When I went to home depot to do shopping and was told the card had zero balance. I emailed cardpool customer support which could not help investigate anything. I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY CARDS FROM THEM to save troubles. When I purchased the card, I was not aware that I had to spend it within a year. The issue is who used my card number to make the purchase? Does YOUR COMPANY SOLD THE NUMBERS TO TWO CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PROFIT???

GBEasily able to purchase e-cards on the site after disabling browser privacy app. Signed up with Cardpool, and verified sign up via email secure response. Attempted to buy several e-gift cards for one company using the Google Chrome browser. Put in all my buyer info, including credit card info, clicked to buy, and the site responded with a "sorry, technical difficulties, try again later". Later when, exactly? Tried several times over several hours. Same response. The solution: the privacy protector apps I've set up on my google chrome browser prevented the site from processing my transaction information. Once I listed the site as a trusted site with the privacy protection apps, the transaction went through. Three stars rating because the site did not request that I disable the privacy protection apps, instead giving me some generic and confusing message about "technical difficulties".

GBNot responding to emails for assistance I sold a $50 Red Lobster gift card for $32. When I entered my bank info I entered 1 digit off for my account number, but didn't realize until later. I received an email through Kyckglobal to set up an account to receive my payment. When it didn't arrive I checked and it showed it had been sent. I emailed Cardpool and they verified I entered my account number wrong and said they would contact Kyckglobal and recommended I contact my bank. My bank couldn't help me because it didn't come to my account. I finally reached someone at Kyckglobal who said they sent the money back to Cardpool and contact them about reprocessing the payment. I've since sent 4 emails and no response. Maybe someone will respond to my rating. I give 2 star because I responsible for for the initial screw up, but customer service has failed also.
