Cardpool refused to refund my Target… Cardpool refused to refund my Target gift card of $50 that I paid for but has a value of $0.01 cts when I tried to use it. They are totally unethical. If anyone who is facing similar issues like mine, let me know if we can pool together to expose them as well as get our money back. Can’t response to you reply below so I’m editing my original review to add the details. The Target card number in question is 0412-2064-1975-748.

#920379 Transaction #920379 Transaction Back in August I sold my Red lobster gift card, valued at $50...repeated emails have been sent, and still have not received my money...in addition to contacting my attorney general's office, I will be contacting our local news media, who does consumer reporting...they will be to reach out to the news agencies in Texas, to stop this fraudulent company..Karen Burris

Not responding to emails for assistance I sold a $50 Red Lobster gift card for $32. When I entered my bank info I entered 1 digit off for my account number, but didn't realize until later. I received an email through Kyckglobal to set up an account to receive my payment. When it didn't arrive I checked and it showed it had been sent. I emailed Cardpool and they verified I entered my account number wrong and said they would contact Kyckglobal and recommended I contact my bank. My bank couldn't help me because it didn't come to my account. I finally reached someone at Kyckglobal who said they sent the money back to Cardpool and contact them about reprocessing the payment. I've since sent 4 emails and no response. Maybe someone will respond to my rating. I give 2 star because I responsible for for the initial screw up, but customer service has failed also.
