GBCardpool refused to refund my Target… Cardpool refused to refund my Target gift card of $50 that I paid for but has a value of $0.01 cts when I tried to use it. They are totally unethical. If anyone who is facing similar issues like mine, let me know if we can pool together to expose them as well as get our money back. Can’t response to you reply below so I’m editing my original review to add the details. The Target card number in question is 0412-2064-1975-748.

GBHi Ryan, Hi Ryan, I recently sold a gift card to carpool, under the offer number 43086160. The offer got cancelled for an unknown matter. I always sell at carpool. It's my favourite place to buy/ sell gift cards. Can you please look into my account so that we can fix this. My history also will speak for me :)

GBSlow but not a scam - took 2 months to receive payment I listed a card on November 17 and received a confirmation that I'd receive payment (via Amazon gift card, which I chose) within 1-3 business days. I waited 10 days then followed up twice, once by e-mail and another time by phone, which I was told the issue would be escalated and they'd contact me. They did not. I checked the balance of my gift card, and they hadn't redeemed it, so I took my chances and left the card on their website. They finally e-mailed my Amazon gift card payment on January 21 - over 2 months later - but I feel satisfied that I eventually received payment and they're not a scam - just very slow with terrible customer service and communication.

GBNot responding to emails for assistance I sold a $50 Red Lobster gift card for $32. When I entered my bank info I entered 1 digit off for my account number, but didn't realize until later. I received an email through Kyckglobal to set up an account to receive my payment. When it didn't arrive I checked and it showed it had been sent. I emailed Cardpool and they verified I entered my account number wrong and said they would contact Kyckglobal and recommended I contact my bank. My bank couldn't help me because it didn't come to my account. I finally reached someone at Kyckglobal who said they sent the money back to Cardpool and contact them about reprocessing the payment. I've since sent 4 emails and no response. Maybe someone will respond to my rating. I give 2 star because I responsible for for the initial screw up, but customer service has failed also.
