USNever recieved payment for the giftcard I sold Pretty sure this is a scam. STILL haven't recieved the payment from selling my giftcard. The customer service number basically told me there is nothing I can do but wait for an email response, because the people that can actually help me don't have a landline (???), and none of my emails have recieved responses. "We pay sellers within 1 business day of receiving their giftcard." Yeah, right. 0 stars if I could. Yeah, I'm that person now.

USSlow but not a scam - took 2 months to receive payment I listed a card on November 17 and received a confirmation that I'd receive payment (via Amazon gift card, which I chose) within 1-3 business days. I waited 10 days then followed up twice, once by e-mail and another time by phone, which I was told the issue would be escalated and they'd contact me. They did not. I checked the balance of my gift card, and they hadn't redeemed it, so I took my chances and left the card on their website. They finally e-mailed my Amazon gift card payment on January 21 - over 2 months later - but I feel satisfied that I eventually received payment and they're not a scam - just very slow with terrible customer service and communication.

USPlease do NOT sell your gift card to this company!! I sold over $700 in gift cards to Cardpool November 6, 2019 and have still not received the payment. I have emailed their customer support several times with nothing more than an auto-reply "we received your email message" in return. Please be warned that this company is a scam and will steal your gift cards. I will be reporting them to consumer protection agencies today. Order #40371084

USTerrible customer service, possible fraud? Sold a $200 gift card to cardpool, and have received nothing in return. It has been 3x the waiting period they quote, and I have written multiple emails to cardpool customer service with no reply whatsoever. At this point I am thinking I got scammed, and will need to report them to different consumer protection agencies. I notice Cardpool has been replying to several people on this review site. USPurchase is ok but don’t sell anything to them I give 5 stars for this purchase. But I sold a dominos pizza gift card and sent them the card and never received the amazon gift card in return. I have sent many emails to no avail no contact of any kind also there isn’t a Customer service phone number don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve been robbed of a Domino’s gift card!!!! If nothing happens this week I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau
