GBNever recieved payment for the giftcard I sold Pretty sure this is a scam. STILL haven't recieved the payment from selling my giftcard. The customer service number basically told me there is nothing I can do but wait for an email response, because the people that can actually help me don't have a landline (???), and none of my emails have recieved responses. "We pay sellers within 1 business day of receiving their giftcard." Yeah, right. 0 stars if I could. Yeah, I'm that person now.

GBNot responding to emails for assistance I sold a $50 Red Lobster gift card for $32. When I entered my bank info I entered 1 digit off for my account number, but didn't realize until later. I received an email through Kyckglobal to set up an account to receive my payment. When it didn't arrive I checked and it showed it had been sent. I emailed Cardpool and they verified I entered my account number wrong and said they would contact Kyckglobal and recommended I contact my bank. My bank couldn't help me because it didn't come to my account. I finally reached someone at Kyckglobal who said they sent the money back to Cardpool and contact them about reprocessing the payment. I've since sent 4 emails and no response. Maybe someone will respond to my rating. I give 2 star because I responsible for for the initial screw up, but customer service has failed also.

GBNo brainer I've been using Cardpool for the past 3 years. I only buy when I know I am going to make a purchase. The product arrives quickly and I have always been able to use the cards. Keep a separate email folder for Cardpool cards to keep track of how much money is on them, then discard the email once you've used the card up - works really well and keeps me from throwing away money. This is a great platform for purchasing unwanted gift cards and I love it!! You will not be disappointed.

GBI WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. the customer service is horrible. Okay so I tried to sell a giftcard in exchange for an Amazon giftcard. It took about two months and I repeatedly emailed customer service without responses, just to see when I would get the giftcard. Then it was even less than promised in previous emails. I've repeatedly emailed asking why and wondering if I could get a refund and to this day have not received a response, but have received multiple promotional offers.

GBCardpool weak on customer service I love the deals on Cardpool, however if you need help and write customer service, I don't get a response for the referral credit that didn't go through. I've sent it several times and no response. Moreover, there are cards that will say instant delivery, but it varies from instant to 3 days. Cardpool is not consistent with their policies and customer service.
