USNo brainer I've been using Cardpool for the past 3 years. I only buy when I know I am going to make a purchase. The product arrives quickly and I have always been able to use the cards. Keep a separate email folder for Cardpool cards to keep track of how much money is on them, then discard the email once you've used the card up - works really well and keeps me from throwing away money. This is a great platform for purchasing unwanted gift cards and I love it!! You will not be disappointed.

USHi Ryan, Hi Ryan, I recently sold a gift card to carpool, under the offer number 43086160. The offer got cancelled for an unknown matter. I always sell at carpool. It's my favourite place to buy/ sell gift cards. Can you please look into my account so that we can fix this. My history also will speak for me :)

USThis company is shady This company is shady and I'll never use them again. It took longer than expected to get my card. Several phone calls to customer service had to be made because my account didn't even reflect my purchase. I sent emails and a Facebook message with no response. I referred a person but he was given an invalid promo code for signing up. He e-mailed them 4 times with no response so he won't be buying anything from them.

USEasily able to purchase e-cards on the site after disabling browser privacy app. Signed up with Cardpool, and verified sign up via email secure response. Attempted to buy several e-gift cards for one company using the Google Chrome browser. Put in all my buyer info, including credit card info, clicked to buy, and the site responded with a "sorry, technical difficulties, try again later". Later when, exactly? Tried several times over several hours. Same response. The solution: the privacy protector apps I've set up on my google chrome browser prevented the site from processing my transaction information. Once I listed the site as a trusted site with the privacy protection apps, the transaction went through. Three stars rating because the site did not request that I disable the privacy protection apps, instead giving me some generic and confusing message about "technical difficulties".

USCardpool weak on customer service I love the deals on Cardpool, however if you need help and write customer service, I don't get a response for the referral credit that didn't go through. I've sent it several times and no response. Moreover, there are cards that will say instant delivery, but it varies from instant to 3 days. Cardpool is not consistent with their policies and customer service.
