No brainer I've been using Cardpool for the past 3 years. I only buy when I know I am going to make a purchase. The product arrives quickly and I have always been able to use the cards. Keep a separate email folder for Cardpool cards to keep track of how much money is on them, then discard the email once you've used the card up - works really well and keeps me from throwing away money. This is a great platform for purchasing unwanted gift cards and I love it!! You will not be disappointed.

Purchase is ok but don’t sell anything to them I give 5 stars for this purchase. But I sold a dominos pizza gift card and sent them the card and never received the amazon gift card in return. I have sent many emails to no avail no contact of any kind also there isn’t a Customer service phone number don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve been robbed of a Domino’s gift card!!!! If nothing happens this week I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

Never recieved payment for the giftcard I sold Pretty sure this is a scam. STILL haven't recieved the payment from selling my giftcard. The customer service number basically told me there is nothing I can do but wait for an email response, because the people that can actually help me don't have a landline (???), and none of my emails have recieved responses. "We pay sellers within 1 business day of receiving their giftcard." Yeah, right. 0 stars if I could. Yeah, I'm that person now.

This company is shady This company is shady and I'll never use them again. It took longer than expected to get my card. Several phone calls to customer service had to be made because my account didn't even reflect my purchase. I sent emails and a Facebook message with no response. I referred a person but he was given an invalid promo code for signing up. He e-mailed them 4 times with no response so he won't be buying anything from them.

Cardpool weak on customer service I love the deals on Cardpool, however if you need help and write customer service, I don't get a response for the referral credit that didn't go through. I've sent it several times and no response. Moreover, there are cards that will say instant delivery, but it varies from instant to 3 days. Cardpool is not consistent with their policies and customer service.
