GBEasily able to purchase e-cards on the site after disabling browser privacy app. Signed up with Cardpool, and verified sign up via email secure response. Attempted to buy several e-gift cards for one company using the Google Chrome browser. Put in all my buyer info, including credit card info, clicked to buy, and the site responded with a "sorry, technical difficulties, try again later". Later when, exactly? Tried several times over several hours. Same response. The solution: the privacy protector apps I've set up on my google chrome browser prevented the site from processing my transaction information. Once I listed the site as a trusted site with the privacy protection apps, the transaction went through. Three stars rating because the site did not request that I disable the privacy protection apps, instead giving me some generic and confusing message about "technical difficulties".

GBThis company is shady This company is shady and I'll never use them again. It took longer than expected to get my card. Several phone calls to customer service had to be made because my account didn't even reflect my purchase. I sent emails and a Facebook message with no response. I referred a person but he was given an invalid promo code for signing up. He e-mailed them 4 times with no response so he won't be buying anything from them.

GBNot responding to emails for assistance I sold a $50 Red Lobster gift card for $32. When I entered my bank info I entered 1 digit off for my account number, but didn't realize until later. I received an email through Kyckglobal to set up an account to receive my payment. When it didn't arrive I checked and it showed it had been sent. I emailed Cardpool and they verified I entered my account number wrong and said they would contact Kyckglobal and recommended I contact my bank. My bank couldn't help me because it didn't come to my account. I finally reached someone at Kyckglobal who said they sent the money back to Cardpool and contact them about reprocessing the payment. I've since sent 4 emails and no response. Maybe someone will respond to my rating. I give 2 star because I responsible for for the initial screw up, but customer service has failed also.

GB#920379 Transaction #920379 Transaction Back in August I sold my Red lobster gift card, valued at $50...repeated emails have been sent, and still have not received my money...in addition to contacting my attorney general's office, I will be contacting our local news media, who does consumer reporting...they will be to reach out to the news agencies in Texas, to stop this fraudulent company..Karen Burris

GBSCAM! Do not use! I sold a gift card to them and never received payment that was agreed upon. I filed several complaints and they did not correct the error. At every point in their response, they have been rude, outright liars. Many people have had the same experience as listed in my review and other reviews on Trustpilot. The BBB recently issued a statement that consumers should be wary about using Cardpool - do a Google search with "BBB Cardpool" and pull up the article from 12/15/2020 (Trustpilot rules will not allow me to link it here). I'll go one step further - DO NOT USE CARDPOOL!!!
