GBAwful customer service Awful customer service. I received a quote on the phone, was quoted in USD, paid over the phone, received the invoice in USD however was charged the exact same amount in GBP. They won’t discuss anything via email, just say to call however when I insist on email they don’t reply. Will be following up with legal advice

GBBait and switch The photos of the diamonds you pick and the one that gets sent to you are different. The customer service will also hang-up on you.......absolutely ridiculous to send an entirely different shape

GBGreat service, and exceptional jewelry. My fiancee and I visited the New York Showroom to shop for her wedding band. Kristina was incredible! She really listened when we expressed what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect ring. We actually just received it in the mail! It arrived on the date Kristina said it would, and it looks even more beautiful than we imagined paired with the engagement ring (also purchased from Brilliant Earth). We couldn't be happier with our experience. Great service, and exceptional jewelry.

GBWhat a mess What a mess. Placed and order in GBP however the order worked out cheaper for me in USD it took a week to change the order from GBP into USD they then processed it again and took my payment. a week later get an email saying there is an outstanding balance? The balance outstanding is the saving I made by switching to USD? What a nightmare when I called to discuss it there was no real customer service it was either pay the balance or cancel. What a shame lovely website but totally poor customer service and poor internal systems. Order cancelled
