Great service, and exceptional jewelry. My fiancee and I visited the New York Showroom to shop for her wedding band. Kristina was incredible! She really listened when we expressed what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect ring. We actually just received it in the mail! It arrived on the date Kristina said it would, and it looks even more beautiful than we imagined paired with the engagement ring (also purchased from Brilliant Earth). We couldn't be happier with our experience. Great service, and exceptional jewelry.

Easy I bought my wife's engagement ring here and was very happy with the process and how things turned out. I enjoyed finding the ideal diamond to go with the setting and cut she had chosen. I think the pricing is very competitive and probably cheaper than going to any other jewelry store in person. The fit was a half to a quarter size too large but other than that we have been very happy with the ring and have had no problems since.

Can not fault brilliant earth I placed my order with out first looking at reviews and i must admit once doing so i was very concerned. In short I shouldn't of been. I have had a completely different experience with brilliant earth than alot appear to have. Delivery was actually earlier than stated, the ring itself i was very happy with however my wife was not a fan unfortunately. I called brilliant earth who couldn't of been more helpful. They organized collection via fedex. I received an email update as soon as they recieved it, not even 24hrs had passed and the refund had been submitted. Based on my personal experience i would 100% use them again.

Don’t do it Let me start by saying I love my ring. However, unless you plan to spend the rest of your life contacting brilliant earth for their awful service, do not buy. We purchased the Extend unlimited resizing; my engagement ring came too big and we sent it in for resizing. After the 6+ weeks it was with Brilliant Earth, they shipped back the ring in the EXACT same size we originally ordered. We sent it back to them, and after 4 weeks no work has started and no one can give us an update. Brilliant Earth blames Extend and Extend blames Brilliant Earth, all leaving a gigantic headache for the customer.
