GBWhat a mess What a mess. Placed and order in GBP however the order worked out cheaper for me in USD it took a week to change the order from GBP into USD they then processed it again and took my payment. a week later get an email saying there is an outstanding balance? The balance outstanding is the saving I made by switching to USD? What a nightmare when I called to discuss it there was no real customer service it was either pay the balance or cancel. What a shame lovely website but totally poor customer service and poor internal systems. Order cancelled

GBTerrible Service Product needed to be returned for resizing, but the return shipping labels provided and the process in general did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Had to resize the product locally instead which was not refunded by the company. Poor experience all round. In future just buy from a good local company instead! Avoid this company and save yourself the stress.

GBPotential Scam - Ring returned however will not replace or refund Order no: 2023970336 Ring received lower quality to purchased and returned to you. However, you will not replace or refund my money and now ignoring emails and not calling me back. I have opened a charge back case through pay-pal and will be opening a fraud case against you with my bank. Do not use this company, wish I had looked at Trust pilot first - numerous people with the same complaints - potential scam.

GBCan not fault brilliant earth I placed my order with out first looking at reviews and i must admit once doing so i was very concerned. In short I shouldn't of been. I have had a completely different experience with brilliant earth than alot appear to have. Delivery was actually earlier than stated, the ring itself i was very happy with however my wife was not a fan unfortunately. I called brilliant earth who couldn't of been more helpful. They organized collection via fedex. I received an email update as soon as they recieved it, not even 24hrs had passed and the refund had been submitted. Based on my personal experience i would 100% use them again.
