I had spoken to the customer service individual the day before making sure I'd get it. She acknowledged that I would get a tracking number. I instead got another email for a delay for 7 days. I have to purpose 4/13 and now would be without a ring. I went to James allen and got the same exact ring shipped to be at 75% the cost. Brillant earth : $4972. James Allen $3944 and I got the shipping expedited from James Allen so becareful with briilant Earth all they did was send me a two sentence apology email.
