I have opened a charge back case through pay-pal and will be opening a fraud case against you with my bank. Do not use this company, wish I had looked at Trust pilot first - numerous people with the same complaints - potential scam.

GBTerrible Service Product needed to be returned for resizing, but the return shipping labels provided and the process in general did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Had to resize the product locally instead which was not refunded by the company. Poor experience all round. In future just buy from a good local company instead! Avoid this company and save yourself the stress.

USHORRIBLE service HORRIBLE service. Mary in customer service should quickly find work not dealing with customers. Order delayed by billing department she said and meanwhile billing address updated in bank account and brilliant earth took the funds with no order number. I call just to be told shipping before valentines is a lie anyways it will take 3 weeks so i dont need to rush and they will hold my money for 2 days. I ask if they can expedite shipping after order resolved and no, ask to get my money back then and no. I ask to talk to billind department or manager and mary says manager will be availabke in 24 to 48 hours. No customer service at all.

USGreat service, and exceptional jewelry. My fiancee and I visited the New York Showroom to shop for her wedding band. Kristina was incredible! She really listened when we expressed what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect ring. We actually just received it in the mail! It arrived on the date Kristina said it would, and it looks even more beautiful than we imagined paired with the engagement ring (also purchased from Brilliant Earth). We couldn't be happier with our experience. Great service, and exceptional jewelry.

USWe will be back! My girlfriend and I recently came in and had the best experience with Bryce. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and went above and beyond our expectations. We felt welcomed and comfortable as an LGBTQ couple, and did not feel pressured to buy anything. We found exactly what we wanted, and will both be back to buy each other’s engagement rings and eventually our wedding bands as well.
