NLDelay engagement ring and Financial Damage I bought a ring online (for the engagement with my girlfriend). My payment got refunded, because of the refund I payed twice for exchange rates. My financial damage €296,11/$317,72. I took my girlfriend to a trip, this trip will be without a ring! If you want to disappoint your love ones. Destroy your capital here! Customer service is also very poor. No understanding for the situation and no thinking.

GBDon’t do it Let me start by saying I love my ring. However, unless you plan to spend the rest of your life contacting brilliant earth for their awful service, do not buy. We purchased the Extend unlimited resizing; my engagement ring came too big and we sent it in for resizing. After the 6+ weeks it was with Brilliant Earth, they shipped back the ring in the EXACT same size we originally ordered. We sent it back to them, and after 4 weeks no work has started and no one can give us an update. Brilliant Earth blames Extend and Extend blames Brilliant Earth, all leaving a gigantic headache for the customer.

However, you will not replace or refund my money and now ignoring emails and not calling me back. I have opened a charge back case through pay-pal and will be opening a fraud case against you with my bank. Do not use this company, wish I had looked at Trust pilot first - numerous people with the same complaints - potential scam.

GBTerrible company Terrible company. Cheap defective products marketed as “luxury”. Horrendous customer service. What a waste of time. The coating on my husband's wedding band started scratching off after 4 days. They said I could get a partial refund, as in, I return the ring and they keep $1150 of my money. I had to threaten legal action, going to the BBB, the Attorney General's office to get a refund. Then they said the only way to get my $ back is to sign an NDA to not tell people about my terrible experience with them. They wouldn't let me have my attorney review this NDA before signing. I told them I'm not signing anything and they can discuss with him. BE backed down on the NDA and gave me my full refund. It shouldn’t have to come down to customers threatening legal action, and a company coercing customers into silence, to get a refund on a defective product. What a disgusting way to treat your customers.

GBTerrible Service Product needed to be returned for resizing, but the return shipping labels provided and the process in general did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Had to resize the product locally instead which was not refunded by the company. Poor experience all round. In future just buy from a good local company instead! Avoid this company and save yourself the stress.
