Easy I bought my wife's engagement ring here and was very happy with the process and how things turned out. I enjoyed finding the ideal diamond to go with the setting and cut she had chosen. I think the pricing is very competitive and probably cheaper than going to any other jewelry store in person. The fit was a half to a quarter size too large but other than that we have been very happy with the ring and have had no problems since.

Can not fault brilliant earth I placed my order with out first looking at reviews and i must admit once doing so i was very concerned. In short I shouldn't of been. I have had a completely different experience with brilliant earth than alot appear to have. Delivery was actually earlier than stated, the ring itself i was very happy with however my wife was not a fan unfortunately. I called brilliant earth who couldn't of been more helpful. They organized collection via fedex. I received an email update as soon as they recieved it, not even 24hrs had passed and the refund had been submitted. Based on my personal experience i would 100% use them again.

Constant Repair Required I bought an engagement ring from Brilliant earth in June 2023. Good experience with the sales team, but the ring itself has had TONS of problems. So far we've had to send it in to their facility for repairs twice (each time it took at least 4 weeks to get back) and now it has even more issues. My fiance is EXTREMELY careful with the ring, (doesn't wear it working out or to bed) and even so it keeps losing accent diamonds left and right. Now, the main diamond is also loose. You buy an engagement ring to last a lifetime and we haven't even made it to the wedding before this ring has fallen into disrepair. Very disappointed.

Unless you want to be absolutely stuffed around… not worth it when dealing with something as important as your wedding bands/ ring. These are time sensitive purchases. And you don’t need the additional stress - trust me!

We will be back! My girlfriend and I recently came in and had the best experience with Bryce. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and went above and beyond our expectations. We felt welcomed and comfortable as an LGBTQ couple, and did not feel pressured to buy anything. We found exactly what we wanted, and will both be back to buy each other’s engagement rings and eventually our wedding bands as well.
