Knot bene is scam, they deleted my comments under their post and blocked my page I’ve ordered a 330$ dress for my engagement party and did not get any update on shipping after 2 weeks, tried to contact them through email, whatsapp and instagram and explained how important to me to get an update on my order, they did not reply. Put a comment under one of their posts, they deleted my comments, and then they blocked my account. I have the worst experience ever.

Fake leads sent using my email My email has been used recently to create false leads for photographers. I received about 100 emails from photographers responding to a fake enquiry so I logged onto the Knot website by resetting the password and deleted the account. Magically, a new account has been set up, again with my email but a different fake surname. I also seem to have a new fiance. I got hold of their customer support who denied the fake lead suggestion. I've deleted this account too but please be warned, they definitely send out fake leads.

The Knot has been such an amazing part… The Knot has been such an amazing part of establishing my business. My experience at WPPI when I first decided to join in, 2016 has been 5 star from the start. Hilary, graciously gave so much of her time and heart to help me take my business to the next level. In a market as saturated as the wedding industry, the Knot has helped me level up, streamline inquiries and establish a name for myself. Its been 6 years now, and our rep Maura has been nothing short of amazing. Especially, during these times, a location change and redefining our brand, the Knot (Maura) has truly gone above and beyond.

Waste of money Waste of money. Couldn't cancel online so had a phone call to cancel. Even though they knew to cancel and had instructions to do so, they renewed our contract for another year at a higher rate. Not worth the headache. If you don't want to find yourself having to sue for failure to comply with agreements, avoid at all costs.
