GBHow is this company still in business? Ordered gift baskets a week before Christmas to have delivered to relatives, etc. 3 weeks later, I realized they had never been delivered. In fact, because they were out of stock, my orders had been cancelled immediately after placing. The problem is, they never notified me in any way. I felt embarrassed because after I had to ask my relatives if they had received the baskets. Why would it even be possible to order something on their website when they were already out of stock?

GBFigis stole from my 72 year old mother… Figis stole from my 72 year old mother whom was trying to make my Christmas season a little brighter. Figi substituted crap cheeses and low end sausage for a Ribeye while delivering $100 worth of product and charging her over $200. They didn't deliver two fudge wheels or a smoked Turkey breast. Product quality has gone down hill severely since the buy out, you're best to not even bother trying to deal with customer service, they'll just hang up on you or put you on hold to never answer. Corporate door slamming while rotating perishable stock not even ordered, you're in a sad state Figis. Just don't buy from Figis.

GBHorrible Customer Service Tried to order 3 times from this awful company but my simple request for a catalog was denied. When I made my 3rd call to request a catalog, I was treated quite rudely. So, my entire Christmas order was instead given to Harry & David. I will never have any future contact with this totally inept company. (Peter Brooks, Florida)

GBHave been a customer for a couple of… Have been a customer for a couple of years and am really disappointed now! Been told they closed down but want their money to hell with the screw ups of the charges and orders!was told that wed 02/19/19 they quit taking orders. If you cant get help fixing issues quickly file a complaint with Attorney General Office in your state!

GBI should've read the reviews before … I should've read the reviews before ordering. Figis got my online order wrong, did not add the full shipping name. They changed a whole word to just a letter. I'm unsure if my gift will be delivered to the correct department in the hospital, or if they'll know who it's from. Customer service reps are untrained and are not helpful. I was disconnected twice. The Supervisor was unable to assist when I called back. This company is unorganized. I will not place any more orders with this company.
