GBI should've read the reviews before … I should've read the reviews before ordering. Figis got my online order wrong, did not add the full shipping name. They changed a whole word to just a letter. I'm unsure if my gift will be delivered to the correct department in the hospital, or if they'll know who it's from. Customer service reps are untrained and are not helpful. I was disconnected twice. The Supervisor was unable to assist when I called back. This company is unorganized. I will not place any more orders with this company.

GBForget trying to order holiday candy Forget trying to order holiday candy! Twice I called in orders and both times was very disappointed. At Christmas I ordered things to give as gifts, they were out of stock and sent cheese and sausage to replace candy. I gave them another chance for Easter, only to receive a letter stating most of my order was out of stock, and said they would send replacements. I received 3 items and no replacement items. I will never order anything except the fruitcake that my brother loves from this company. If I can find another place to get a good fruitcake I will stop ordering all together.

GBFigis stole from my 72 year old mother… Figis stole from my 72 year old mother whom was trying to make my Christmas season a little brighter. Figi substituted crap cheeses and low end sausage for a Ribeye while delivering $100 worth of product and charging her over $200. They didn't deliver two fudge wheels or a smoked Turkey breast. Product quality has gone down hill severely since the buy out, you're best to not even bother trying to deal with customer service, they'll just hang up on you or put you on hold to never answer. Corporate door slamming while rotating perishable stock not even ordered, you're in a sad state Figis. Just don't buy from Figis.

GBI have been a customer of Figi"s for decades! I have been a customer of Figi"s for decades, I love their products and give offen as gifts! EVERYONE loves their chocolates, brownies and nuts. I do not mind the price for good quality...and I am damn sure not going to let a recall deter me from continuing to use! Every major company has had to recall something at one time or another. Figi's has me as a life long customer!

GBPoor Customer Service!!!! Problems not handled timely!!! It's sad, Figi's have a wonderful product but that does'nt matter much if they have LOUSLY customer service!! They sent a catalog to a past address of my Mother's (she relocated due to Joplin Tornado 2011) and someone ordered $223.00 of food products under her late husbands name, which arrived at new address. Customer Service agents never had a Supervisor on duty to speak to, we have spent weeks trying to get this issue handled. We have had to file a Police Report and still issue has not been resolved. My Mother had updated her account when moving and the company still sent the catalog. No one at company has apologized, and keep insinuating she made the order.
