GBI trust and read reviews.That being …Good I trust and read reviews.That being said maybe some people just have higher expectations than others. The company has to make portions reasonably sized to make money. Better for us too most calories count.The shipping is on the higher end but they package and send it out beautifully.I loved the nut and poppy seed bread .The cheese sampler sreads were nothing special because yes ,they are processed but still tasty enough.I got a lighted wreath that had red roses with bright green leaves. Perfect for Christmas decorating.

GBIf I could rate them a zero I would If I could rate them a zero I would! They send out catalogs with “Pre-approved” NOT “Pre-qualified” plastered on both the outside and inside of the catalog, however, when you place the order and go back to check on the status, you then notice they are requiring a down payment equal to the amount of the product minus the shipping and taxes. I received no notification of such prior to my checking on my own. They also don’t allow you to cancel the order, you have to wait 90 days, as I was advised, for it to “fall off”. This is a deceitful practice! I’ll just simply use one of my credit cards to purchase elsewhere. I would NEVER recommend FIGI’s Gallery to anyone I know!!

GBFigis stole from my 72 year old mother… Figis stole from my 72 year old mother whom was trying to make my Christmas season a little brighter. Figi substituted crap cheeses and low end sausage for a Ribeye while delivering $100 worth of product and charging her over $200. They didn't deliver two fudge wheels or a smoked Turkey breast. Product quality has gone down hill severely since the buy out, you're best to not even bother trying to deal with customer service, they'll just hang up on you or put you on hold to never answer. Corporate door slamming while rotating perishable stock not even ordered, you're in a sad state Figis. Just don't buy from Figis.

GBFigi's Would Not Honor Their Guarentee I ordered a gift basket on Dec. 9th to be delivered to a relative before Christmas. The gift basket arrived Dec.26th. Unbelievable! The customer service person put the blame on the shipping company and offered me 30% refund + S&H. I told her that the web site clearly shows a Guarantee that if for any reason you are unsatisfied, they will refund the purchase. She said that this does not qualify. So I ended up taking the 30% + S&H and will NEVER purchase another item from Figi's again.

GBI would have gave you a 0 but there is… I would have gave you a 0 but there is none. But to send something to someone who hasn't EVER!!! order from you and then ask for payment and when I don't pay you have a debt collector on me. I would have NEVER!!! order something that cost $80.00 and especially something that is useless to me. I take care of both of my elderly parents and for you too do something like this makes me SICK. I have told all of my friends they won't even order NOTHING from you NOW. This bussiness is a scam.!!!!
