GBForget trying to order holiday candy Forget trying to order holiday candy! Twice I called in orders and both times was very disappointed. At Christmas I ordered things to give as gifts, they were out of stock and sent cheese and sausage to replace candy. I gave them another chance for Easter, only to receive a letter stating most of my order was out of stock, and said they would send replacements. I received 3 items and no replacement items. I will never order anything except the fruitcake that my brother loves from this company. If I can find another place to get a good fruitcake I will stop ordering all together.

GBFigi's Would Not Honor Their Guarentee I ordered a gift basket on Dec. 9th to be delivered to a relative before Christmas. The gift basket arrived Dec.26th. Unbelievable! The customer service person put the blame on the shipping company and offered me 30% refund + S&H. I told her that the web site clearly shows a Guarantee that if for any reason you are unsatisfied, they will refund the purchase. She said that this does not qualify. So I ended up taking the 30% + S&H and will NEVER purchase another item from Figi's again.

GBHorrible Customer Service Tried to order 3 times from this awful company but my simple request for a catalog was denied. When I made my 3rd call to request a catalog, I was treated quite rudely. So, my entire Christmas order was instead given to Harry & David. I will never have any future contact with this totally inept company. (Peter Brooks, Florida)

GBAvoid at All Costs Been figi customer for years. Moved to a new address. Placed my order online this year like every year. Customer service called cause i moved. Cancelled order and had to replace my order which is stupid because my account number never chnaged. Half hour on phone with customer and uneducated rep only changed my address and never placed new order so 3 family members received no gifts for christmas. Filed complaint with BBB and will write a negative review on every site. Also sent email to owners. Stay far away from this company.

GBPoor Customer Service!!!! Problems not handled timely!!! It's sad, Figi's have a wonderful product but that does'nt matter much if they have LOUSLY customer service!! They sent a catalog to a past address of my Mother's (she relocated due to Joplin Tornado 2011) and someone ordered $223.00 of food products under her late husbands name, which arrived at new address. Customer Service agents never had a Supervisor on duty to speak to, we have spent weeks trying to get this issue handled. We have had to file a Police Report and still issue has not been resolved. My Mother had updated her account when moving and the company still sent the catalog. No one at company has apologized, and keep insinuating she made the order.
